Jason was great..really went above and beyond to help me with left over plumbing issues. Bought a tankless water heater on line ..BIG MISTAKE..Jason helped me to get hot water in my kitchen, which was a major problem. Ask for Jason, and NEVER buy a tankless water heater. He's great, Rinnai should be out of business.

The price was utterly outrageous - $300/hour for the work he did. We bought this place in August and within a month the AC in our garage was peeing on the floor, which means the drain pipe is plugged. I called the name on the system, who had installed it a couple of years before. They were incredibly good communicators, keeping me updated on someone getting here, and the guy who showed up was fine. But after looking things over, he quoted a surprisingly high price, and I felt I had no choice, so I took it. He worked on it for about 75 minutes, $375, and when you average that out, it's $300/hour. Those are corporate lawyer rates! As I said, outrageous. On top of that he tried several times to talk us into a contract, which would have had no impact on the cost of that service call. Then the pipe plugged again a month later. My wife poured a couple of cups of vinegar into the pipe, left it for a couple of hours, and it opened up. So if you have lots of money to burn, and just want really nice people, this is the company for you!

The technician came out to my house and said my entire outside unit was broken and would need to be replaced. She said she would try to find the matching unit. If not, I could find it and she would install it for me. She never found the unit, I ended up having to call the manufacturer and have the unit shipped directly to me. When I called them back to have them install it, as I was previously told by their own technician, they told me that they do not install units purchased by the customer. Apparently, they want to make money on the labor and the part. I told them that the technician told me verbatim that she would come back and install the unit. They refused. I said I wanted the return of my $89 fee because the technician told me that the money would be applied to the installation. Since I am asking them to install it and they are refusing, I want my money back. The manager refused to return my money. I would never do business with this company ever again.

Jon V. came on time to give me a free estimate for what to do about my failed water heater. He first offered to fix it but together we decided that since it was nearly 20 years old it would be better to replace it. I got a second estimate later that day, but as Premier's was a little lower and I thought Jon was very professional, I went with Premier. They replaced the water heater and did some related work quickly, cleanly and professionally the next day. Thank you Premier and Jon.

I had my air conditioner quit on me after 18 years of service after Hurricane Irma. I called 4 places for quotes. Two showed up and a third quoted me a low price over the phone. One of the other companies sent a sales guy dressed nicely and looked as if he had never worked on a system in his life. He took tons of measurements, removed the duct-work around my bad unit, was taking photos of the inside and outside unit, opened the interior and exterior circuit breaker boxes, had his laptop and portable printer out....the who 9 yards. Big dog and pony show. Price was outrageous. Premier said they would come out. Prior to their arrival, I got a text message with a photo of the guy coming and an estimated time. He was a little late but what service in this state is punctual? That's so 80's and 90's. He arrived as friendly and personable as can be. He was a technician/sales guy. He understood my concerns with selling my house and not wanting the most extravagant unit that is out there. I needed something that turns on and can pass an inspection. He took very minimal measurements inside and took a peak at the outside unit. He didn't have with him a mobile corporation or bring his own personal desk and chair. He stepped outside for a few moments and came back with a price that was reasonable. I told him I would get back with them after the other quotes came in. Their quote was middle of the road but I felt very comfortable with the company. I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride. There were no pushy sales tactics used. I called the company back and asked for a lower price which they honored. I was set for a date of my chosing a week later. It could have been sooner but I did not want it sooner. On installation day, I again received a text (no photos) saying they would be there soon. They were more punctual (but they had a window so they were within the window). They guys looked a little """"rough"""" at 1st but they were very, very professional and friendly. They didn't slack off and they put stuff down to protect the areas. One guy was outside, one inside and I feel like they maximized their potential while here. It was supposed to be a 5 hour job. I think they did it in about 4 hours. The guy said to give it about 1 degree per 15 minutes to cool and I will tell you what, he was spot on. I didn't have to pick up a single screw, piece of tape, nothing. They asked for nothing and needed nothing. The unit is what I expected. It turns on an is cold. They said they will be back in 6 months and 12 months for a complimentary tune-up. I don't think you can go wrong with them. And the people that answered the phones the 3 or so times I called (from pre sale, post sale, and a question after the installation) all I received was prompt courteous service.

we have an appt yesterday @3:30. At 6 that evening no show, no calls. There is no way inspections can be completed in the dark. When I called the operator asked if I wanted to cancel the appt., which I did. we originally had a morning appt then we were called saying you had to change our appt to afternoon. I agreed. then a little @ 6 I called and got a recording saying the working hours are until 6. So I called another number and a lady answered and said do you want to cancel? Well yes since working hours had come to an end. When I first made the appt. it was for morning and another one the next day in the morning also. when she called to reschedule I asked if there was a technician that could service the A/C and the electrical system at the same time. She told me there wasnt anyone employed that could do both. This is the first time this is happened and in the past we didnt have to be home for the service. what is going on there? We are unsatisfied with the response we received.

We have been Premier Comfort Club Members since 2018. Back in November, technician Jason came into our home for service. Within days we had substantial water damage. Another technician came over that evening to inspect the air handler and pump. I don't know what he did, but he said maybe the pump had been plugged into an outlet in the attic that didn't have power or that shut off with the attic light. In any case, everything was working fine until Mr. Smith did his maintenance and then we had a major water leak in our attic. Ceiling, walls and carpet had to be ripped out. Our emails and phone calls were not returned from Sofia Lewis. Premier Comfort Service, Inc. never took responsibility for the damage, only offered a small amount of money to defray our costs.

I am so impressed by this company!! We had a terrible experience with another company so we gave premier comfort a chance, and I'm so glad we did! We were in need of a new AC unit about a year ago, and they walked me through the process of which unit would be best for my house based on square footage and other factors. The installation went smoothly. I haven't had any issues since we installed. It's been close to a year since they installed our AC, so we just had them out for regular maintenance and once again, I was very pleased with their service. They called me when they were on their way, they were very polite while they were here, and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!! Specially living in Florida where you could easily be ripped off by companies that really don't know what they're doing!

Incredibly professional and courteous. I have been very impressed with their continued service!

Premier Comfort came out to install a AC unit in July 2019 5 Ton Lennox unit for our main house and I paid the monthly fee for maintenance of my other unit and there unit. They always found something wrong with the other unit that my old AC repair friend did but never an issue with there unit. Anytime they found an issue with the other unit my friend would come out and take a look and see nothing wrong, and it worked fine. Now the unit they installed I have had nothing but problems. I called them cause my drain pan filled up and the guy (Jerry) came out to check and said the line was clogged and he couldn;'t blow it out and I would have to replace the entire line and get a UV system which would cost updwards too $700+ dollars. My AC repair friend came out out and blew the line and everything was working again. I still continue to let them do maintenance. Today my AC there unit is not working, the breaker keeps kicking off and the technician) (Anthony) came out and they charged me a diagnostic fee of $100 and said the breaker was the problem and then left. My Dad who is pretty handy came out and we troubleshot it again and the compressor was the problem. Premier sent Anthony back out since he was just leaving my house and he concluded as well this TIME that the compressor is bad. They will replace the compressor but want to charge me over $3000 to do the work, compressor is under warranty and I understand labor is not covered. I called my AC friend who owns his own company and still in business and he comes out and tells me the compressor is bad confirmed, but the AC until was never installed properly as there was an oil leak at the compressor area. Several times Premier Comfort came out and they didn't notice or ignored this issue. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS, THERE THIEVES AND THERE TECHNICIANS ARE TRAINED TO UPSELL AND LIE TO YOU ABOUT YOUR ACTUAL PROBLEMS.
