Hands down the most professional and hard-working crew. Our main line broke, and my neighbor across the street put me in touch with Premier 1. They were very busy that day, and my water had been turned off for 2 days already. Jose came early to check things out. We are renters, so he had to deal with my landlord. I was so impressed with his professionalism and kindness. Landlord gave him the green light. They busted their asses. Crew was great. You would never know they had to dig a trench in my front yard. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I rarely give 5 stars but they were terrific at handling my complex plumbing needs.
My main sewer drain had developed a leak where maybe 1-2 feet section had collapsed and needed to be replaced. I submitted a request on yelp and with in 20 minutes Kevin the owner contacted me and we set up an appointment. He was very polite and customer centered. I set up a number of other quotes from other plumbing companies. Premier 1 Plumbing was by far the fairest of prices and best customer service. They completed the complex job in one day. Again, his customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend this family owned business for your plumbing needs.

Best plumbing company in town. Honest and professional. Shoutout to Kevin and Jose who came by and fixed and replaced the leaking drain pipe within 2 hours. I had an estimate with another plumbing company prior to them which was not able to diagnose where the leak is coming from and wanted to charge me an outrageous amount to do further testing. Made a smart choice to try Premier 1 Plumbing, they immediately knew where the leak was coming from. Very professional and on point. Start to end, everything was great.

Jay is always easy to get a hold of, does not waste my time making me wait around for him, and gives me quick solutions with long lasting results. He has done everything from minor faucet leaks to fixing rattling pipes in my crawlspace to a full sewer line repair leading up to the city's sewer. His estimates are reasonable and his work is terrific. Most importantly, if we have a real problem that needs a fix FAST, he always makes time for us. I am under the impression that this concierge type service is not just reserved for our family, but for all of his customers.

I've been calling Premier 1 Plumbing to the rescue any time we need plumbing services at my office. They've always done a great job. This time around, we had a huge clog in the pipes and our toilets weren't working. The plumbers ended up hydro jetting the pipes and now our toilets are operational again and everything is working smoothly. The plumbers and the office staff are very polite, easy to work with, responsive, they work fast while being attentive to detail, and are professional in every way. The plumbers even cleaned our toilets and floors after they were done with the work, which you don't see often. I will definitely hire them again.

Contacted Jose based on recommendations from neighbors and so glad I did. Jose promptly replied after my initial inquiry. He readily understood the plumbing issue needing to be addressed and was upfront with the work required and his rate. It was easy to schedule a visit and he was accommodating with the days/times which worked best for my tenants.

Jose was very professional with being on time and communicative throughout the process so I remained informed. I had a bathroom sink with a stuck faucet handle and appreciated that he was honest about not being able to fix just the handle and helped with purchasing and replacing it with a new faucet. He also helped follow up on a pipe leakage situation and was able to fix everything within the one visit. Highly recommend Premier 1 Plumbing and he'll be my go to person for any future plumbing needs!

I was very happy with the work that Premier 1 Plumbing did. I had a sink that was not draining and needed a new faucet plus I needed to install a pressure valve regulator on the house. The price they quoted me was fair for the work, and the tech was able to complete it the same day he came out. He worked quickly and communicated with me about what needed to be done.
