These guys are very professional . Ricky and Jose tookk care of my families water heater which needed to be replaced . They do very clean work and you can tell these guys care about their job and making sure the customer leaves happy . I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of plumbing work .

My husband and I had been dealing with a semi-retired plumber who just couldn't close the deal happening with our main line. My husband called Kevin that morning and he showed up a few hours later (with crew in hand). Using a camera, Kevin diagnosed the problem and started working to fix it that same afternoon. Since we were having a main pipe line but in, Kevin and his crew returned the next day and completed the remainder of the job in 6 hours. Not only were we impressed but our neighbors who repeatedly asked about the plumbing company working on our property. We plan on using this company for ALL our plumbing needs going forward. I can't say enough good things about Kevin and his crew. If you need good plumbers, please give this company a try. They are honest and to the point. We feel very fortunate. My review is based on an estimate I received from Premier 1 Plumbing. I requested an estimate yesterday, and Kevin quickly scheduled some time to meet with me today. Kevin and Ricky showed up on time, and couldn't have been nicer. I really appreciated that they were very thorough and explained everything to me with pictures and their honest opinion. Kevin was very helpful and ran through multiple options to address the piping problem at my house. Based on my experience today, I would definitely recommend Premier 1 Plumbing.

Kevin was terrific with setting up the appointment. Ricky the plumber was courteous, on time, wore booties, mask, and had all necessary tools. Entire service was just 30 minutes. Also had gloves the entire time. He replaced the garbage disposal for me. Ricky treated my home like his. Was very clean, especially the booties. I loved that touch.

My plumber was Jose. We had a kitchen sink leaking. we had to turn off the main water line. He came in with gloves,mask and shoe covers. It was great to see a business that cares for people safety and homes. He was very specific of what needed to be replaced. Included options. Overall the job lasted 2 hours and was done including patching under the kitchen sink. He replaced a bad section of copper that was completely corroded. Great experience. Call them today

As a young single woman, it's always a little nerve-racking when something like a plumbing issue comes up, but Premier 1 plumbing is by far the easiest kindest and most knowledgeable service I've used in a long time. They won't steer you wrong, and they explain everything to you without talking down to you! Could not recommend more!

Amazing customer service even better quality of work! Kevin did a major sewer job for us. We had a bid actually cheaper then his. But my wife and I felt like Kevin was honest and most importantly very professional! He explained everything detail by detail. The project took approximately 4 days Kevin came out every day to check up on the crew making sure things are running as plan. Sometimes we ignore our gut feeling but this time I went for it and sure enough I was right! Kevin was the right guy for this project. I spent a couple hours reading through his reviews and I gotta say everything that I've seen is 100% accurate! if you need any sewerwork or drain work, plumbing give Premier1 plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

Any time we need ANY type of plumbing services, this is the only company I trust. During COVID-19 we had our disposal crap out and because I was a little concerned about having people come to my house, I tried going on YouTube to fix it myself. Yeahhhhh good luck with that.

After futzing with YouTube for 45 minutes, I called my favorite plumbers and spoke to Kevin, the owner. Within 15 minutes, Kevin confirmed he'd have someone at my house the same day! Saturday. Yes, Saturday! The tech, Ricky, was one of the most knowledgeable people I've seen. He explained everything he was doing -- in college-professor level detail -- and fixed all 3 problems we had: Toilet not flushing properly, disposal motor busted and water softener issue.

There is nobody better than Premier 1 Plumbing! Besides wearing a mask, gloves and shoe covers, when Ricky was done, he cleaned everything, wiped down every surface and disinfected everything he touched before he left!

Their amazing customer service, timeliness, skills, pricing and flexibility make them my go-to for everything plumbing-related.

You won't be disappointed. I promise.

I always get antsy calling a plumber. I've been gouged before.

But then I found Premier 1. Doing a diy bathroom remodel and things didn't work out as smoothly as I hoped. Twice. Both times I Called Premier 1 and Kevin and his team are super responsive, professional and friendly.

I didn't feel gouged, the work is solid, and I have a new go-to plumber.

Ricardo & Jose ACED IT! They came by to fix a clog on my toilet. I've had multiple problems with. That same week I kept calling plumbers to unclog the toilet all of them said I needed to install a clean out. I gotta admit I was LOOKING FOR THE CHEAPEST BID! Lucky I finally had enough and I called Premier 1 spoke to a gal name Denise. She had the plumbers arrive the same day. ( btw they came to my home with all CDC requirements ) which that was a plus already. It cost me a pretty penny but now my toilet has been up and running for more then 3 weeks! They also included a camera inspection which they located my main problem. That saying "" you pay for what you get for "" IS SO TRUE! I learn the hard way believe me! This company rocks!


SIDE NOTE : they used a lot bigger snake with a modern camera from the other companies I used prior. They send me a video the next day for my records.
