I've been calling Premier 1 Plumbing to the rescue any time we need plumbing services at my office. They've always done a great job. This time around, we had a huge clog in the pipes and our toilets weren't working. The plumbers ended up hydro jetting the pipes and now our toilets are operational again and everything is working smoothly. The plumbers and the office staff are very polite, easy to work with, responsive, they work fast while being attentive to detail, and are professional in every way. The plumbers even cleaned our toilets and floors after they were done with the work, which you don't see often. I will definitely hire them again.

Contacted Jose based on recommendations from neighbors and so glad I did. Jose promptly replied after my initial inquiry. He readily understood the plumbing issue needing to be addressed and was upfront with the work required and his rate. It was easy to schedule a visit and he was accommodating with the days/times which worked best for my tenants.

Jose was very professional with being on time and communicative throughout the process so I remained informed. I had a bathroom sink with a stuck faucet handle and appreciated that he was honest about not being able to fix just the handle and helped with purchasing and replacing it with a new faucet. He also helped follow up on a pipe leakage situation and was able to fix everything within the one visit. The 50 plus year old sewer pipes in the house failed. They came out unclogged them but indicated I need to call my insurance company to get them replaced. They worked closely with my adjuster and the majority of the work was covered. Kevin had the new sewer line replaced within about a week. They also recommended a very good restoration and remodeler. My kitchen sink had been giving me problems for years. It was the final straw last week when the water wouldn't drain. I put a Yelp request in to a few plumbers, and Premier 1 responded within minutes with a fair quote to snake the drain that afternoon. It turns out that our drainage problem was way worse than we thought. Due to years of grease buildup and 30 palm tree roots making their way into our pipes, our situation was bad. David and his team approached the issue in phases in order to break through the massive clogs. They had so many tools at their disposal to try. From various size snakes, chemicals to break down the buildup and roots, chain knockers, cameras, hydro jetting. You name it, they have it! They accessed the clog from so many angles and wouldn't give up!

Kevin and his team are phenomenal. We wanted to do some preemptive work on our sewer lines before we landscaped our front yard. We heard from our neighbors the sewer pipes in this neighborhood were bad so we decided to get them replaced. He was recommended to us by our fire sprinkler company. Within a couple of days of contacting him, he had his full team here to replace the pipes to only find out the previous owners already did so. So instead of redoing that work, he upgraded a few of our connectors to make handling future issues easier and adjusted the scope of work and price. They could have still replaced the pipe and charged the full amount but their honesty should be noted.
