Jose did an amazing job, installing my waterline icemaker for my fridge project was a lot more complicated than I expected. Yes you under the home and cut open the wall behind the fridge. For a proper turn off valve from my fridge like in case of an emergency. My previous one had one that was made out of plastic so if I can, I have the stock copper flexible copper to be exact. Once the job is finished we also did a great job of cleaning up after himself. Jose and Kevin did a great job! Five star service.

I called Premier 1 Plumbing regarding some info on a heater. They came out to give me a Free visual estimate. I called about 5 other companies in the area. Everybody was charging for just coming out ( travel time ) Premier 1 came out on a free assessment. They did mention if they had to go in the Crawlspace they will charge a fee which is so understandable I cannot go in that place if they paid me! They answered all my questions including helped me understand the SoCal refund that they are currently having. Witch the last two companies I called did not explain that to me or even mention it. He showed me also different types of tankless water heaters they install in which he recommended with legitimate reasons. David did an amazing job. The home is not mine. It will be for my sister. I have not called them to do the job, but after reviewing everything, I will give them a call by the end of the month thank you Premier for being so professional and having so much knowledge in this plumbing field that I have struggled to get from other vendors.

Premier 1 Plumbing had to re-do my main sewer line and I know it was partially my fault because I had tried to cut corners and tried save thousands of dollars with another company who said they would do it for cheaper but it ended up not being the right route. 4 months later the problems that I had, came all back to us. Stressing out I called my family and they recommended I call Kevin with Premier 1, they have used him over the years and I knew I should have from the start. It's important to work with companies with licenses and that are insured so that it guarantees your safety when it comes to putting your hard earned money to work. I definitely felt scammed from the first company but after talking with Kevin, meeting his team Fernando and Ricky I knew I was going to be in good hands. They use state of the art equipment, they included new concrete installation, which the last company didn't include and their communication to us was spot on. This plumbing company is the real deal, should have definitely called them first.

In April of 2023 our sewer line backed up, thankfully only into a small section of the front yard. We called one company and received what we thought was an exorbitant quote for hydro-jetting and a trench-less system repair. We decided to get a second opinion and called Premier 1 Plumbing. They sent their foreman David Chavez out within a day. David did a camera inspection, but our pipe had so many intrusions that he advised hydro-jetting so that he could properly diagnose the situation. He laid out a couple of different scenarios ahead of time, but after hydro-jetting he was able to confirm that the pipe would need replacing. While the pipe was collapsing in some places, there was enough intact allowing us to opt for a trenchless solution. We have a huge Eucalyptus tree that is a bit of a local landmark so the job was more complicated than anticipated with its proximity to the line. Even so, David stuck to his quote. They installed C.I.P.P. epoxy liner at 50-55 feet while also installing new ABS SCH 40 pipe and heavy duty bands. The actual job took about 2 full days, and David and his service tech Jose arrived promptly each morning and walked us through the entire process with updates along the way. Since we decided to engage their services for the trench-less pipe repair, they didn't charge us for the hydro-jetting of the main line needing replacement, nor two smaller lines. Kevin the manager came out as well to make sure we were clear with the process. At one point there must've been 6 or so guys out there. Throughout the whole process they thoughtfully and respectfully addressed both my wife and I without talking down to us. Sadly, that hasn't always been the case with contractors and services in our area. At no point did we feel we were being lied to, or being taken advantage of. This wasn't a minor repair, and we feel they gave us the fairest price possible. Great group of guys, I would recommend them if you have any plumbing service needs. While no one wants to make the call to get a quote on a new sewer line, if you find yourself in that situation give Premier a call.

I'm a property manager and handle many homes in the LA area, so finding the right team when it comes to plumbing to appliances is very important to me. Reaching out to different plumbing services I knew I landed on a gold mine, when I found premier 1. Kevin over the phone is extremely professional which is what I liked the most. I told him to come out to one of the properties in burbank to do an inspection with the pipes and drains to make sure everything was a green light. After some time office who is very responsive sent back the sewer video inspections and quotes on repairs that needed repairing on the same day. It was all done before we knew it!

Called up premier 1 plumbing actually a few others but I was really happy with the way their team on the phone communicated with me, they really stood out. We got an appointment set up on Wednesday, the team even called before arriving to make sure we were ready for them! I was very impressed with David and Jose, both of them executed the issue within the time they were here. David told us it had to do with our crawl space drain and that it needed to be replaced because there was a leak as well. Showed us pics to confirm and we were happy to go with them because the pricing was well within our budget and I knew they were amazing to work with. The team in the office even followed up with a phone call and emailed everything that was done! Big shoutout to premier 1 plumbing!

If you're in need of plumbing services and are considering this company, please no need to look further ! Kevin literally came to save us and fix our kitchen/ guest bathroom plumbing.
We bought our house almost two years ago and we've had one after another plumbing problem, which we expected with older homes but so annoying. Point is, we were new to home owning so we didn't have a plumber so we have used a couple different companies the past times before we found kevin and premier 1 plumbing and I'd like to think we're plumbing experts by now lol and premier 1 is the best ! They seriously came on short notice and work so quickly. They were done in like a day and half. Seriously look no further.
