TLDR: Excellent communication with text and picture updates. Very clean, professional, and respectful of our home. Excellent work, dudes are bad ass plumbers, for real.

I was working under my house and noticed what looked like a dirty pond of water. I've always wanted a lake front property, but this isn't what I had in mind. When I got closer, I saw that my cast iron drain pipe had deteriorated and a big branch of drains from a bathroom had broken off and was sitting on the ground, allowing all the water to spill into the crawlspace. Awesome.

Called Premier 1 based on the yelp reviews. It was a great decision. Ricky's crew did a ton of work under the house, fixing everything from 100 year old original drain lines, to embarrassingly bad work performed by a multitude of less skilled plumbers over the years. All the while they managed to keep my home looking as though no one was ever there. I received periodic text updates and pictures of the progress which is extremely convenient, helpful, and reassuring.

The work they performed was top notch. There was a section of pipe in the wall that looked like it needed to be accessed through an exterior wall, meaning breaking a hole through my 3 year old stucco. When I expressed concern about this (expensive job to re-stucco the whole house a few years ago) Ricky offered to attack it from under the sink for a very reasonable extra labor charge. This greatly increasing the difficulty and complexity of the job, creating huge space limitations. They got it done for us and the patch they installed under the sink is amazingly good. The guy doing the work was a not a small man, I have no idea how he squeezed in there and did such a clean repair, very impressive.

I saved their number in my phone. Great to have a plumber that you can trust!

Wow, these guys are amazing! Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind.
I have been having plumbing issues off and on for a while. I had another guy come in, but I think he did a few quick fixes.
This last time I called Premier 1. Kevin came in, diagnosed the root of the problem, and took care of it!

My husband and I are so lucky to have found Kevin and his team at Premier1Plumbing. We've worked with Kevin on a couple of major plumbing issues in our home - this last one we called him on a Friday night and he was over to inspect the issue early Saturday morning. The pipes that needed replacing lived under our deck and 12-18 inches of concrete, but in just two days we had brand new pipes with no evidence that anything had ever happened. We are always thrilled with the exceptional quality of work done by Kevin and his team and the speed at which they do it at. Kevin also always takes the time to explain the situation, answers any questions we might have and has always provided us with multiple solutions. These guys are very professional . Ricky and Jose tookk care of my families water heater which needed to be replaced . They do very clean work and you can tell these guys care about their job and making sure the customer leaves happy . I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of plumbing work .

My husband and I had been dealing with a semi-retired plumber who just couldn't close the deal happening with our main line. My husband called Kevin that morning and he showed up a few hours later (with crew in hand). Using a camera, Kevin diagnosed the problem and started working to fix it that same afternoon. Since we were having a main pipe line but in, Kevin and his crew returned the next day and completed the remainder of the job in 6 hours. Not only were we impressed but our neighbors who repeatedly asked about the plumbing company working on our property. We plan on using this company for ALL our plumbing needs going forward. I can't say enough good things about Kevin and his crew. If you need good plumbers, please give this company a try. They are honest and to the point. We feel very fortunate. My review is based on an estimate I received from Premier 1 Plumbing. I requested an estimate yesterday, and Kevin quickly scheduled some time to meet with me today. Kevin and Ricky showed up on time, and couldn't have been nicer. I really appreciated that they were very thorough and explained everything to me with pictures and their honest opinion. Kevin was very helpful and ran through multiple options to address the piping problem at my house. Based on my experience today, I would definitely recommend Premier 1 Plumbing.
