A little over a month ago, I had a clogged toilet. The representative o the phone was very professional yet very pleasant. Someone came by in a couple of hours. The work order says the gentleman's name was Bowah (Apro 057217 or 657212)). He was very professional, understanding, attentive and friendly. A toilet clog can be stressful, as well as calling in an emergency plumbing service, but the service man saved the day, not just with fixing the issue, ut fixing it with so much kindness and understanding.

Genesis #1 was AMAZING! He came after hours and was able to unclog my heavily backed up toilet without having to replace the whole toilet. He was very friendly and even talked with my young children. Your company has a superstar on their hands!

Hi giving a big shout out to Michael (tech #23) who came out really quickly to answer a service call for my water heater today. This firm is excellent and incredibly responsive. Today Devaun Welch, from Preferred Plumbers arrived at our house this afternoon and after looking at the situation it was discussed that we definitely needed to replace the faucet. About 2 to 3 weeks ago he came and he had to do alot if work stop the leak from under the sink, tighten the faucet on the top and a few other things.
We decided to see if what was done would work. Which it actually did just now just from the back of the faucet the leak was starting and after much decision and explaining to myself and husband we decided to replace the faucet. The price and labor was told from the beginning. Told what would be done. Plus I have to say Mr. Welch was very neat with his work and cleaned everything up. My kitchen did not look like a tornado or cyclone. Would definitely recommend Mr Welch and Preferred Plumbers if you need service. My 2nd time working with them.

After my previous less than favorable review I was contacted and offered a small refund for the services rendered. I appreciate this gesture to make amends and I believe it shows an effort by this company to make things right. my wife and I nonetheless ended up paying a lot of money which was unnecessary given the end result.

High prices! Then when you have an issue with their work, they do not work with the customer. I had a leak in my kitchen sink. It's a 2nd sink and rarely used. The warranty was good for 30 days. The same issue came up just after the 30 days, but they would not budge and charged me again .. I overheard the plumber on the phone with the company saying he ""felt bad"" for charging me again, that it was obviously the same issue he came out for the first time (same guy). The company charged me an additional $160. The gasket failed from the first repair which was $250, less than two months earlier.

I just moved to a new house and the outside faucet wouldn't fully turn off, the shower sprayed water from the top and the sink leaked. Tony (tech 74) quickly diagnosed the problems and fixed them. He was kind, knowledgeable and finished the job in a timely manner. Thank you Tony and preferred plumbing!

Preferred Plumbing & Drain is truly 24 hours. The amazing, awesome, Colleen just left our house after 2:00 am. After another company claimed to be 24 hours, they couldn't follow thru the way Preferred did. The customer service was great and the professionalism, kindness, and patience for our great plumber Colleen was even better. She didn't leave until she was sure job was done! Thanks !!
