Great service. They had wonderful and effective communication and quick response times. My plumber arrived early and ready to work. He quickly and effectively unclogged my kitchen sink and provided expert level advice. He even took time to answer questions about my dishwasher and wipe up any excess water off of the floor which I am extremely grateful for. It's a service I hope I don't have to encounter soon, but I know exactly who to call if it ever happens again.

Horrible experience. We were booked for consult and they called last minute to reschedule, then the person that was to come had to call as see what the dimensions of our crawl space were because he was a ""big guy"" and then ultimately didn't show. We get a call that night rescheduling a 3rd time for 2pm today- no one shows, we call at 5:30 asking what's happening and after repeating the situation at least 3 times are told they had another guy that was going to come but he wouldn't fit in the crawl space...needless to say we cancelled to project. Our crawl space is a standard house crawl space...apparently the guys that work here are large. Horrible, horrible experience- would not recommend.

The thought of planning in advance for a plumbing emergency never occurred to me, so when multiple drains in a bathroom started to gush forth sewage and we were in this emergency, at night, we frantically called around after Googling ""emergency plumber."" To be honest, we didn't choose Preferred Plumbing & Drain - they were just the first that got back to us. I don't even think we even asked the price.
Thankfully we chose well. After a modest wait, Nic G (plumber #9) arrived and proceeded to check the drain outside (in the dark), and then came in - respectfully with mask on - and took pictures to document the crappy situation. Within 90 minutes, the block was freed, the pipe was rooted, and the issue was fixed and we were quite relieved. He even did some troubleshooting of a previously slow faucet.
I don't know what I imagined late-night emergency plumbing would cost, but I was quite pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was. Best hundred-ish bucks we never wanted to have to spend. Thanks Nic.

Had a clog in my main line sewer the day before Thanksgiving Day! They came out the next day on Thanksgiving and got the job done. Scott W. #23 was my tech and was great to work with. Thank you guys!

Completely unprofessional.
I emailed and called to confirm worker would be wearing a mask. After being left on hold for a long time, it was confirmed, but he showed up with a bandana loosely tied around his face AND another guy with him, so I had two people in my house.
He looked under my sink and without running the water or turning on the garbage disposal, he said I should replace it and that he doesn't do repairs. And then after some slow math, said it'd be $480. Very strange since I hadn't even selected a part - should have been a range depending on the part. Said it'd take about 2 hours labor.
I'm very confused about the claim of ""beat or match best price"", because while he was here I texted another plumber would said it'd take him 1 hour and I could supply the part, which is $100- 150.
Free quote was the only positive thing about this experience.

Zack (tech #05) showed up on time and did a great job remounting our toilet after having new flooring installed. He had a great sense of humor and I highly recommend him. Holly (dispatcher) was also very friendly and helped coordinate this service that we needed. Thanks!

Wish I could give them a good review but they never showed or called the two separate times I set up an appointment with them. They even called me after there first no show. Gave them another chance and the same deal. No show. Not even a call.
