We had two issues in our Sur La Table store in Los Gatos and Benjamin Williams and his associate came to fix them both in one afternoon. They were friendly and professional and took a genuine interest in our business and how their services were helping us continue to provide good service to our customers -- an out of order toilet and a leaking sink faucet really can affect our day!

Preferred plumbing sent out Benjamin Williams to our Staples Store for a cleanup and diagnosis. He was the most professional plumber I have encountered in a while. From start to end he was courteous and explained exactly what he was going to do. He took a couple hours, finished the job and recommended a monthly visit to ensure the quality of his work. I can not remember the gentlemen's name, but he came around 9:30pm-11pm Friday 3/8/19 from a stonestown location. Much faster then expected considering how late it was.

At our Serramonte location we had to leave at 11pm, which he was able to work super quick and have time to explain what to look out for when it came to our restroom issues.

Best and fastest service! I am sorry I can't remember the person's name cause it was a few days ago since writing this review.

Benjamin Williams and his colleague were awesome ! He came into our place of business ready and willing to help with our exploding bathrooms. He got the job done in a day and a half and even cleaned them ! He later returned to fix another broken toilet ! Yay them !
