Michael (#34) came right at his appointment time and was so friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and clearly went through their pricing. Really appreciate the whole experience!

I had overflowing issues in my kitchen sink for a few days. Irwin Salas ( tech number 7 )came to the rescue. He was professional, very polite, and nice gentle man. He kindly tolerated my pets that were all over him,also even checked out all of my neighbors' sinks since the pipes are connected. I did not expect that much for one plumber to do all that. He made sure everything worked and cleaned up everything after the job is done. I am very impressed with the great job done here. I highly recommend Preferred Plumbing and Drain and Mr. Irwin Salas who is skilled and a very nice and polite individual!

we had an issue replacing the shower handle cartridge. I had got quote from another reputed business who not only charged me $89 for the visit but the quote was atrocious! ($750) even though i was providing the part. On someone's suggestion I called Preferred Plumbing. Michael (#34) was very responsive and clearly educated me on the problem and the options which never felt pushy. While doing the job he explained how everything worked and was able to fix the issue within an hour! the best part is they charge hourly which is very reasonable. We definitely have found our permanent plumbing service and I highly recommend them!

Second time in two-three months for a clogged toilet. It previously had flooded a year before and the people our landlady hired had no idea of the cause. Luckily Michael #34 not only helped us, he figured out the problem in just a few minutes. Much appreciation for helping to clean/sanitize as much as he did.

We were not getting continuous stream of hot water in all showers despite the fact we had recently installed tankless water heater. We called Preferred Plumbing and talked to Josep who sent the best tech, Michael to find the issue. He promptly pointed out that showers have issue with the cartridge. He replaced the cartridge in all showers. One of showers had an issue of leaking water with the new cartridge which Michael promptly came back to fix it. This fixed the issue. Thanks to Michael, Ronni, and Joseph for their prompt and professional help.

We had a kitchen faucet that was leaking in multiple locations on Lunar New Years weekend that was causing us a lot of grief! Called these guys and they picked right up. Unfortunately we weren't able to get a same day appt, but all their guys were on emergency calls, which was understandable since it was the end of the week. Scheduling for the next day was easy.

They came by and gave us a free estimate. Max was friendly, professional, and very transparent with pricing and what could potentially be the issue, which made us comfortable signing the contract for the job. He was also very patient with explaining his evaluation and answering our questions until we fully understood what the situation was. We ended up having to replace our faucet, and Max drove out to the local Home Depot to pick one up for us. Super appreciated how he inquired about our needs and budget first! He installed it very quickly, too, and checked to make sure that did in fact fix all leaking issues.

I would definitely call them back again for another plumbing job and recommend them to a friend. Excellent service, transparent and professional, and a 30-day warranty just in case the leak was not fully repaired. We paid by check.

Marcos R came to our store to fix our toilets. They were all clogged and we had to use the bathrooms down the street to do our business. Marcos came and fixed our toilets and we were able to use them within an hour! He came in and snaked our drains and had our toilets working super quick. I would definitely recommend them for any future work!
