Our toilet and shower flooded, I was charge $1700 plus cleaning the root outside the house. They told I have one year warranty if it happens again. A week later the shower flooded again and clogged up. Call this company again and they said it doesn't cover the the warranty and they don't have tools to unclogged the inside the house problem. They recommend to change the old pipe and charging me again $1700. Do you really want to this company?

I received a quote of $1,400 to have a chimney liner installed at my house. I called to set up the service and they ended up rescheduling on me twice. Not a huge deal, but not off to a great start. Once the guys showed up at my house to complete the job, they said the employee that originally quoted the job no longer works there and it would now cost over $4,000 to have the same job completed. Precision was not willing to honor the quote they provided. There is no time limit on the quote in order to complete the job. Total bait and switch. Avoid this company. I certainly will.

It began 3 years ago. Our sewer/water drain(s) were backing up in our laundry room. TWO other plumbing companies showed me just a ball of roots, but they could only remove about 15% of the blockage, and no more. The roots grew back, and the backups began again.

Called Precision Today late last Friday and they were here early Monday.

My technician, Stephen, could not have been more professional to work with and educated in water and sewer lines. While the other two pluming companies could not cleat my sewer line roots, Stephen used a Hydr-jet (?) and cleared out all the roots.

As both of the previous plumbers suggested we put a cleanout valve in front of the house, Stephen found that there is already one there!!! It was just buried under some dirt and decorative stone. It appears the roots of some Junipers I have planted there, grew straight down that cleanout.

Stephen took it further and found that a pipe the Village had installed about 30 years ago, had flattened and ""pancaked"", making the opening smaller than it should be.

I ""thought"" the first two companies I contacted were professionals, but Stephen, with Precision Today, just raised the bar as to what ""professionalism"" should be.

Our thanks to both Precision Today, and especially, to Stephen. We will be using them again.

Another home run for Precision Today! Andrew Z ~ he was so patient and knowledgeable and answered all my questions! He showed up on time, both days! He took care not to track any dirt, etc into my home. When he diagnosed the problem he showed me pictures and explained what needed to be done and why. He gave me at least 4 options on fixing it, that really impressed me. Bonus points for Andrew, he was really cool with my staffie dog, Roman; Roman knows when a person is 'good people' and he liked Andrew!!
Water heater and a few extras done, made sure water pressure was good and area left clean! Andrew came prepared and ready to get the job done!

HIGHLY recommend Precision Today and make sure you ask for Andrew Z.!!

This is the 1st time I used this company and was very pleased and happy with the service.

Howard, the plumber assigned to my plumbing job was more than impressive. It was a difficult work order in my condo, and Howard was persistent until he identified the source of the problem and resolved the issue. Howard was easy and quite flexible to work with, additionally just frendly, and very competent in his work. if I have any other home or condo work that needs to be fixed, i will be calling Precision Today. And if its a plumbing matter I will he asking for Howard. I strongly recommend this company!

Over priced, plus they do not come to the job prepared( lack of equipment such as a drain camera and they used a non motered auger snake). They couldn't get the drain unclogged and said it was because my pipe was busted and expected me to go along with them when they said they needed to dig my concrete slabb in order to replace it without inspected the drain with a camera. They told me the reason they couldn't inspect my drain with a camera was because my kitchen drain was to small?? Lol ya ok! I went with a more localized Plumber that my neighbors recommended and he was able too get through just fine and even inspected my drain with a camera( I guess my drain is not to small after all.) So precision plumbing charged me $1458 for their incompetence and my new plumber going forward only charged me $350. So make sure to definitely shop around before committing and do not trust the fake 5 star google review, trust Yelp first..

They over charge the elderly. They severely took advantage of my 83 year old grandma. Charged her 900 for a job that should cost 400 MAX. That's after the ""elderly discount."" Without the discount the price was $1200. Then when she called to complain she was refunded $91. DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY unless you want to pay more than you should.

My parents are Elderly on SS and had a sewer back up problem. Called Precision Today and Rotor Rooted the pipe in the basement, they were charged $1200.00 then given a senior discount at 916.00. Seriously!?!? Dan is supposed to go talk to them about everything so hoping they get reimbursed some money

If you want overinflated pricing, call this place. They are happy to rip you off. I paid the overinflated visit estimate and kicked them out of my house.

CONSUMER BEWARE!! Wish you could select no stars...

I called Precision Today when my hot water heater was leaking and water was coming through the walls of my neighbor's home below me. A plumber from this company arrived within an hour and, after completing an assessment, presented me with four options ranging from $4500-$10000. I was in disbelief that the cost of replacing the unit would cost this much. My neighbor was very upset and, in a panic, I asked him to just replace the unit...don't want the service plan and all the other upselling he was trying to do.

A few hours later, the job was done and I was presented with an invoice for $4572.00...unbelievable. The invoice did not break down the cost of materials or labor. I asked for this and the plumber said that they do not provide this information. After a few phone calls to the company, I finally received and email (not a revised invoice) that stated the materials costs were $2765.38 and the total cost of the job including travel, assessment fee, and 1 year warranty came to $4572.00. Simple math tells me that they charged me $2293.38 for labor. At best, it took the plumber 3 hours to complete this job which equate to $760/hr for labor...really?

It's hard for me to believe that this company can take advantage of people and have a 4.94 rating with the BBB. I'm left with the question, ""Do they pick and choose who to take advantage of? Maybe single women who are in a panic situation with water leaking in their home?"" It can't be true that all these folks who give them high ratings are very satisfied if they had been ripped off too.
