Initially we used them for a drain back up and they came same day. The guy was nice and he said we needed the line milled for $824. We are a 2 person household. He did shame our toilet paper choice. Lol. So we got it fixed out of necessity. Plus there was a 6 month warranty. 3 weeks later we had to call them again and the new guy gave me the same song and dance about TP. Now mind you my husband was out of town for nearly 3 weeks so it was just me. They said they couldn't reach the main from my clean out, they told me there were other residents tied into my line, that I needed an additional clean out in back yard (which no one in my 75 unit hoa has) and it would need to be jetted. Cost $5400. Plus they said I needed a pipe fixed underneath my floor for $8k.
I called the city and several nice men came out and inspected the issue with cameras. They went all the way through my line with no issue and saw no other lines attached.
They basically said these guys are trying to take advantage. And even if I needed a clean out installed it should cost no more than 1k. So SHOP around.
And the man from the city said, when you don't have back up issues it's a good idea to fill up an upstairs bath tub full of water and drain it. The amount of pressure will clean your line clean all the way to the main.

We are putting a new countertop in our kitchen. The countertop company had a plumber and he came out and took out the sink but would not come back to hook the sink back up because he claims the countertop people took too long. He couldn't wait and wouldn't come back.We were out of kitchen sink, laundry and dishwasher for four days because the companies said that they would send someone else but they didn't show up. We were stuck. We called precision. They came out the technician was very nice but I could not believe the price of just hooking up a sink! This sink was in we had all the parts $900 just to hook it up.

Needed our drain cleaned out. The guys were very good and nice. But we should have asked for a quote, very expensive. I don't think we will be using them again. I think I paid 5 times the amount this time than I did a few years ago when they were Kanga Rooter.

Chad C. was terrific. We've used Precision Today for several jobs and have been happy with their work. We needed another job done, sump pump issues, and called Precision. Chad was patient with all of our questions and concerns. He presented the best options and prices. The price was reasonable, as far as plumbers go and there were no surprises. We will use them again.

I called yesterday afternoon and explained the toilet drain line from building was clogged. No toilets in my office were working. They said we would be second call in the morning. 1130 They call my office and said nobody could make it. They were all up north. When I got the message I called their office and they said dispatch would call me back shortly. 1.5 hours later no call. I call their office again and they said yeah sorry nobody is gonna make it out today.

Nicor identified a gas leak in the partial basement wall near the gas line and locked our gas. I called Precision Plumbing and they sent out Carl for the service. He was great at identifying exactly where the gas leak was coming from and helped fix it at a reasonable price. Not the lowest compared to others but Carl did quality work as if it were his own house. Thank you Carl for your great service and Precision for promptly sending him out!

We've had a lot of different services done by Precision, but today's will be the last. They are extremely expensive for the work that they do.

They quoted me over $500 to change compression fittings that take less than two minutes each.

I was looking to get a bathroom installation and the rep David came out and was very helpful. He Insisted that he would have a quote for us in 1-2 days. I did not hear anything in over a week, so I reached out again and they told me that I should have something in the next 5-7 days. Without hearing anything I reach out one more time and they tell me they need to have two people come out to make sure they are quoting me accurately. I was able to take time off from work to be available for the appointment and I get a call an hour after the scheduled time saying they were not coming at all that day. Life Advice: If you don't respect my time I am not going to respect yours.
