Precision Plumbing LLC is run by John and Lora Hensley. John spent his childhood in Crivitz, Wisconsin and completed his education at Crivitz High School. He enrolled in NWTC to complete a five-year plumbing apprenticeship. Following that, he worked three more years as a State of Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber. John is currently licensed Master Plumber in Wisconsin. Lora spent her early years in the town of Coleman in Wisconsin and went to NWTC, where she graduated with high honors with an associate's diploma in Digital Media.

Julie B.I had a garbage disposal installed and it failed within a month. I called John and he said he would be out the following week to replace. Never showed or called. I called again and he said again he would be out the next week to replace (another no show) Now he screens calls and never answers the phone and I'm totally disappointed. Poor customer service for warranty work. Would not recommend. Quality companies would stand behind there products and service and he did not!
