Precision Plumbing LLC is run by John Hensley and Lora Hensley. John spent his childhood in Crivitz, WI and graduated from Crivitz High. John pursued studies at NWTC for a five-year plumbing apprenticeship. Following that, he worked three more years as a Journeyman Plumber licensed in Wisconsin. He is now a licensed as a state of Wisconsin Master Plumber. Lora was raised in the town of Coleman in Wisconsin and attended NWTC, graduating high honors with an associate degree in Digital Media Tech.

Julie B.I had a garbage disposal installed and it failed within a month. I called John and he said he would be out the following week to replace. Never showed or called. I called again and he said again he would be out the next week to replace (another no show) Now he screens calls and never answers the phone and I'm totally disappointed. Poor customer service for warranty work. Would not recommend. Quality companies would stand behind there products and service and he did not!
