What a bunch of pros - plus their bid was 30% lower than the closest of other 4 bids. James was GREAT. A true professional. They were able to do the work the next day and they came in removed the useless old water heater, put in the new water heaters, cleaned everything up and removed the old heater. I could ask for more - highly recommend.

Semi-desperate after four days without hot water I called Precision Plumbing on a Sunday afternoon, expecting to leave a message requesting service. Very surprised when James picked up the phone as if it were a regular business day! I had purchased a water heater at Home Depot the day before and was anxious to get it installed. James penciled me in for 8: 15 am Monday morning (the next day!) and showed up early with his son Casey to perform the installation. He had previously instructed me on what additional parts to purchase to bring the water heater up to code. The father and son team worked like a well-oiled machine and made installing the 50 gallon water heater look easy (I know it isn't). They were finished and had cleaned the work area in just a little over an hour. Awesome. I would not hesitate to employ Precision Plumbing again, and in fact would like to use them in the near future to replace the water softener. FIVE STARS!

Extremely courteous and quick response. The expansion tank and reduction valve in our rental house failed and James took care of it right away. We got lucky because he was doing work in our area today so he was able to squeeze us in.

Our water heater decided Christmas (Friday) would be a good time to start putting out rusty water. I contacted a few places and James was the only one to return my message. We needed a 75-gallon water heater. He told me that another company may be able to get to me faster. James and I texted off and on over the weekend. He arrived at our house early (said he would be there between 9-10am, arrived before 9). He was upfront, honest, and early. I highly recommend him to anybody that needs any plumbing. BEST PLUMBER!!!! James is awesome. I was told my problem was going to be an expensive fix. My mom said call James and have him look first. He was quick to come by and had it fixed for very little. James also answered a few other questions and gave advice and didn't push me into any extra services or parts. Very honest guy.

Last night we noticed our 3 1/2 year-old water heater was leaking. We were pretty bummed that we were going to have to go through the hassle and expense of getting a new one. Found out it was under warranty, but had to be upgraded to meet new codes. After reading the reviews for Precision Plumbing, we gave them a call this morning. James made our job a priority since we had no hot water, and was here in 15 minutes. He was able to go get a new one,and install it all within 11/2 hours. Amazing! Very professional. We had guests staying at our vacation home and the hot water was not working at all. I called James and without ever seeing my home or plumbing system, he knew exactly what the problem was and walked me through how to fix it. He was kind, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to help me out over the phone because he knew it was a quick fix. It was easily the best plumbing experience I've ever had.
