We had guests staying at our vacation home and the hot water was not working at all. I called James and without ever seeing my home or plumbing system, he knew exactly what the problem was and walked me through how to fix it. He was kind, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to help me out over the phone because he knew it was a quick fix. It was easily the best plumbing experience I've ever had.

One of the best experiences with a sub contractor I have had. That says a lot coming from a contractors daughter! He communicated well and let me know he was running a few minutes behind! PRECISION PLUMBING - James Goes To Bat for His Customers

OK, so after a couple of plumbing projects at our house, we can accurately opine on James, of Precision Plumbing.

James does what he says he'll do!

After seeing him do a fine job installing a trouble-free reverse osmosis project for us, he was the natural choice when the old water heater finally heaved its last. James replaced the expired heater with a shiny new one, and that's when the trouble began.

Strangely, the shiny new water heater persisted in cutting off every 24-48 hours. James came out and made whatever adjustments to the electronics and burners that he could, but the problem persisted. James ordered replacement electronics. No change. He ordered a replacement burner. No change.

James persisted with the manufacturer, and they responded with yet newer electronics and burner unit. No change.

James never gave up. He finally did a variety of airflow measurements and determined that the shiny new heater required lots more airflow than did the old unit, and once he installed a new air duct into the attic, the burner finally got the air it needed.

James never quit troubleshooting. Rheem never quit helping. Problem finally solved.

Precision Plumbing should be called Persistent Plumbing. You'll be in good hands with James.

James came out a few days ago on short notice to look at my water heater. I was prepared to get a new one because it is older. But James recommended a relatively simple maintenance procedure, and said he will credit that price back to me if I need a new water heater within the next 2 years.
He also fixed a little faucet problem I was having for no charge!
I will use him again if needed.
