They offered a free estimate online. I called because I my food processor had stop working. The plumber arrived and told me that I had to buy a ""package"" that would include other services and inspections. I just wanted to fix the problem anyway he did not give me the free estimate. I decided to pay for the package then he just flipped a switch to get the food processor working again. They made a quick buck but I am never using them again.

We have used this company on a few different issues and could not be happier with their service. Today, had a backup of water in tubs and toilet. They were here within a few hours and fixed the problem plus fixed an extra leak I had in the bathroom. Highly recommend this company!!

Free estimate, turned into $320 diagnostic fee. I said no and he didn't even put the blanket back on my water heater. Just left it open. Lol! I particularly wont use these people again. Frank was the technician.

And we are back again!

This time water heater emergency, and this review is a month overdue (sorry all!). Roberto (as apparently they assign people to their clients, which is cool!) showed up and worked his collective arse off to replace the old unit and get the new one into place.

To be fair I went the full turnkey and let PP do all the work from getting the new water heater and then installing it as well as hauling it away. They worked with my insurance company on the claim with my home warranty.

While I probably could have paid less if I bought the unit myself, I'd still be stuck with lugging it home and then trying to install it myself (which would not have gone well... let's just end that here).

I've seen a couple of negative reviews against Precision Plumbing on here... but it always pays to investigate before casting your vote if you get what I mean.

I trust them... nuff said.

We use Precision Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs for our rental properties and our home. They are open 24/7, super responsive and accommodating (which can be very challenging when dealing with tenants at rental properties), and their prices are fair. Today Tony was the technician assigned to our plumbing issue at a rental property, and he was so honest to tell me that the leak that my tenant described to me wasn't really a leak. It was just the washing machine hose that bounced out of it's drain. Yay! No charge! I was so happy that I asked him to evaluate my really old water heater while he was there. He recommended that it be replaced and he got it done right then and there! Yay! One less thing to worry about. Tony, thanks for being so awesome today!! I appreciate it and will continue to use Precision Plumbing!

I manage an apartment complex and my in-house maintenance team could not resolve an issue with the hot water in a shower. After many calls to other plumbers to come out, Precision Plumbing did. I regret making that call. I realize that it was 2PM on a Friday afternoon before New Years. I was quoted $1100 (which is 2 to 3 times higher then I've spent in the past for the same job) to replace the shower valve in this apartment and I agreed to the work. I had no other option other then to pay that ransom or wait until till Tuesday to contact another plumber. It was discovered in the process that a shutoff valve to the building was broken and would need to be fixed before the work hired for could be done.
The cost swelled even further and I requested the work to stop. I needed to consult with the owners before agreeing to the extra work and we would revisit this after the holiday. I was charged $476 for their time and all I had to show for that was a wall that was cutout to start the work.
What disappoints me the most is I called another plumber on Tuesday who came out and replaced the shower valve in 45 minutes. He simply froze the pipes to do the replacement and the total cost was $400.
While there are many great reviews for this company, I'll pass on them every time I have a plumbing issue my team can't fix. My advice is if you have a shower problem or a problem that cannot easily be rectified, I'd look elsewhere. They lack modern practice on repairs and will overcharge you greatly.

I had used this firm for a variety of plumbing work over the years and had been pleased. But never again.

I needed a gas line relocated about 6 inches for a new range. The technician was on time, but the price was ridiculous. $434.00. The work was minimal. Unfortunately, I was in a jam and had to get the work done. Otherwise, I would have thanked him and said no thanks. They got me this time, but it won't happen again.

Tony P. was a great tech. He was prompt, and was knowledgeable and patient with all questions asked. He went above and beyond to fix issue replacing our water heater that had been overlooked by home builder. He did a great job and cleaned up the jobsite really well. Also, Ella A., the customer service rep., she listened to our issue and aligned the tech that had the right experience level to address our concerns. Would highly recommend Precision Plumbing.

Our 7 year old water heater gave up on us and left a large puddle in the garage on a Tuesday afternoon. Louis, and his helper Joe, were dispatched to rescue us and were on the scene in just a couple of hours. He did a beautiful, quick, professional job installing what must be, for the price, the best water heater known to exist. We paid more than top dollar but got what we paid for. I'll be taking better care of this one, following the tips they provide on their web site, because if I don't get at least twice the life expectancy I won't be getting my monies worth. I'm sure I could have gotten a better price, but I also know I could not have gotten better service or better quality work. Louis had all the right tools and fittings to have us in hot water by supper time. He was friendly and courteous and left the job site neat and clean.

Our shutoff valve malfunctioned and couldn't turn the water supply back on to the house.. plus our valves under the sinks were corroded and green.. we just bought the house recently so it was upsetting.. We called Precision Plumbing and they said they would send a man out and would call us within 30 minutes when he was en route..They called back in 10 minutes and Jose arrived shortly thereafter... He had all the jobs done very quickly and sure knew his job well... All in all I give 5 stars out of 5 and signed up for their warranty for Air Conditioner, Heater and all plumbing jobs with 15% off all parts and labor for a year... 5 Stars
