I used this company back in April, they replaced my water heater and hose bib which went great! Later this month, the hose was leaking. I called to have them re check it, knowing that it probably needs to be replaced again or it's a bigger issue. When I explained to the gentleman that came today that their company changed it in April, he called his company and they denied replacing it in April. I have the receipt, the price was scratched off but the gentleman still changed it, wether he charged me or not is not my problem. I ordered for a water heater replacement and a bib hose replacement. And that's exactly what I got, not to sit there and tell me that it wasn't done, knowing I have the receipt. The lady I spoke to was very rude and told me that I denied service for the bib, when I saw the gentleman change it myself. Save yourself the time with this company, I didn't even want a warranty exchange, I didn't even ask for one. I would of gladly paid to replace it again, but not with that attitude. What's next they are going to deny that they exchanged my water heater? Should I record y'all next time??

Be careful with this company. When you call the office they will tell you they don't know anything about prices--that it's up to the tech. I, unfortunately, got a tech that took me for a ride. He charged me over $600 to change a Koehler cartridge in my shower. My fault for not being knowledgeable enough to call BS on his pricing.

Do yourself a favor and call any other plumbing company but this one. A more honest company would have charged me closer to $200 for parts and labor.

Best customer service of any plumbing company. Had an extreme emergency and they were the ONLY company that took me seriously and fit me in same day. A bunch of other companies state they are ""24/7"" but not true at all, Precision Plumbing made it happen. They were going to get me in next day then the nice lady on the phone heard my urgency and fit me in same day. Pricing wasn't too bad but they helped us out so we didn't have to go a night without water. Awesome company, awesome technician, awesome customer service. Thank you!

BEWARE - Precision Plumbing came out to correct a clogged kitchen sink in my rental. Gabriel came out and used a snake to try to clear it. He told my tenant the clog was between units and it would cost $1785 to cut out part of the wall to investigate. He charged $425 for attempting to use a snake in the sink for approx 15 mins. I called another company who successfully cleared the clog for $80.
I called the manager Dan Bridges and he seemed concerned about the cost I was charged. He told me he would look at my file and speak to Gabriel to see why I was charged so much. I never received a call back which proves there is no explanation for this outrageous amount for doing virtually nothing. Avoid this company at all costs.

Customer beware
I cintacted this company to trouble shoot a bathroom faucet. The tech came out did an inspection and determined that a new faucet was needed. Since it was Moen it was under warranty so it was ordered. A new tech came out to install. When contacted by the office to schedule the time I verified the charge of $189.00 minus 25.00 online coupon. Job was done in 20 minutes I was told the office would call to get my credit card number for payment. They did call and asked for the card info I verified the charged and they said oh no the $189.00 was the original service call it's now $330.00.
Told them I will pay the $189.09 minus the 25.00 coupon. They can take it or nothing dropped off check as I did not trust them with credit card info. Manager Dan was going to call but never did. This same company did a price switch with my neighbor also so don't trust this company they are scammers.

I called Precision Plumbing for their ""Free Quote"" and was sadly disappointed when The young man came in and quickly diagnosed the problem by telling me ""there's no water flowing to my fridge"" (which I knew) and them proceeded to give me an outlandish quote of $3,268 to run a 10' water line which included cutting through dry wall etc. (that they would not repair upon completion of the job). To add insult to injury I was handed a bill of $189.00 for my free quote - Stay away from these guys!

Had a leaky shower faucet which I had thought was going to be a fairly simple DIY cartridge replacement which turned into a nightmare on a weekend. Precision Plumbing was able to send David out who was definitely working overtime on an extremely hot Sunday but still found time to come to my house and fix the issue. He was extremely friendly, was able to fix the stuck cartridge, and was very honest. He also proactively put on shoe covers without me asking which I appreciated immensely. Highly recommended!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They are a scam. If I could give zero stars I would. They charged $360 to remove and install a new kitchen faucet. The faucet works fine, however my dishwasher doesn't have running water anymore. I don't know what the guy did that my dishwasher is running completely dry. I called to complain and the manager was extremely rude. She told me I agreed to the services and that I provided the faucet. Right...and the faucet is not the problem. The problem is that the plumber left my dishwasher without water! She told me if I wanted to they can come out next day but if I'm going to be rude that they won't. Are you kidding me?! AVOID THIS PLACE!

I called this company when my water heater was leaking. My technician was Jose and he was absolutely wonderful! He noticed there was already water damage from the leak and immediately got a restoration company out to my home to start the cleanup. He got the new water installed quickly and was very thorough with explaining everything to me.

Finding an honest plumber is as hard as finding an honest used car salesman or lawyer. Precision plumbing is an honest plumber. We had a kitchen back up and called a name brand HVAC/Plumbing company in town and they wanted $2100 to ""hydrojet"" the main line. Thank goodness my wife remembered precision plumbing that we have used in the past. Drew the technician that came out was wonderful, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly at a THIRD of the cost of the ""name brand"". I will be using Precision Plumbing from now on. I suggest you do as well.
