Mark has been my plumber for over a decade. He is consistently on time, knows what needs to be done to repair any plumbing, gas or tankless water heater problem. I trust Mark because he doesn't try to sell me on something I don't need and often is able to repair rather than replace, which saves me money. I'm very happy with Precision Plumbing and Mark.

Beware!! Don't use Precision Plumbing. Read all the bad reviews as I had the same experience. This company claims they came to fix my tankless water heater because it didn't heat up, off and on. Rinnai had me find a plumber to install a new circuit board that was on warranty. Precision installed it and still had the same problem. Called Rinnai and they said they were supposed to call them so they can walk them through the steps. Precision didn't. Also had them flush the system hoping that wold solve the problem. I was home but busy inside. Technician got there and text me and I opened the garage with my phone app. Approximately 15 mins later, the technician said he was done. Called Rinnai again and told them I had it flushed. They told me it should have taken One Hour to flush the system. Not 15 mins. Called Precision once again and told them it still is not making hot water constantly and have to turn it on and turn it off several times to get hot water. Also told the lady at Precision, that the technician only spent 15 min in my garage flushing the system when it should have taken an hour. IMMEDIATELY the lady accused me of lying and that the technician did the service. I told her I have the text when he got there and when he said he was done and left. So far I spent $300 for installation of a warranty part that was more likely not installed properly because I'm still having the same problem and $300 for flushing the system for 15 min. Precision said they would come out again to fix it but want to charge me another $300. Lady was rude and kept stating they the technician did what he had to do. She wasn't even there! Had an appointment with them today but I cancelled it after taking to some people in the neighborhood and they had the same problem with Precision Plumbing. I understand people have to eat, but do the job properly and be professional. Especially if they want business. That said, dose anyone recommend a plumber that can and know how to work on Rinnai tankless water heaters? Have a great day everyone. In response to why I didn't let the ""Technician in the house"" he never asked to come in or called me to come in. I was home that whole time!

To repair our faulty water heater it took him two visits each lasting about 15 minutes.
For these two 15 minuted visits which included installation of free part under warranty which about 20% of people in Sea Haven have a problem with (according to the girl in the office) he charged us $375.
Why didn't he have to come back? To order the part over the phone he charged us $75 for this telephone call.
Outrageous!!!

We never lost hot water. Maybe that's why we get ripoff?

I just had an excellent experience with this company in solving a longstanding problem with my tankless water heater. Danny figured out, when other companies had failed, why we were slow to get hot water upstairs and then fixed the issue. He also serviced our furnace very capably. He was pleasant and communicated well throughout.

All I can say is that this company used to be good in the beginning. However, when they got bigger & bigger, the quality of service really went downhill. Now, they refuse to troubleshoot repairs. We had a few minor plumbing problems, but two different Precision technicians said they could not be repaired, telling us we had to replace with all new sets of fixtures, costing thousands of dollars in fixtures & labor. This had become a pattern with this company so we decided to call another plumber to get a second opinion. Guess what - the Precision technicians had lied. The issues were solved with the installation of a couple of small parts that cost around $25 ea. Precision also sent an unqualified heating specialist to perform a plumbing repair for a friend, which they said nearly cost them the loss of an expensive appliance. Much better plumbers out there.

Had another plumber come out to help troubleshoot our water heater. I should have realized I made a mistake when the first plumber said came to inspect, charged me 500 bucks and then told me that if I wanted a real inspection I should call an HVAC specialist????? Called precision and they sent Mark who simplified the issue and resolved our issues within about 30 minutes. He did the ol knock this, scratch that and rub over here and he sweet talked out water heater into working again. He gave us lots of tips and called me an idiot for not servicing my heater (he really didn't but he simplified the issue so much that I understood the problem and kicked myself). Anyways, these cats are good, friendly and think about their customers.

Before this weekend we would of given them 5 stars. But now we are Very disappointed that they do not have an emergency line. All plumbers should have an emergency contact. We purchased a tankless water heater 12/28/21. Since we have had it we had problems. They did come out and fix it luckily it was during a weekday a couple of months ago. Keep in mind we didn't buy a cheap water heater. It was around 7 k. This weekend it wasn't working. I called their number won't be in until July 5. No emergency number. Luckily I was able to get it resolved without their assistance. If we would have had a call a different plumbing company on an emergency basis on the weekend we would had to eat the cost of the repair because precision had no emergency contact. Please be courteous to your customers and Provide them an emergency contact number. Nothing like not having hot water on a 3 day weekend when the water heater is just over 6 months old. I don't find this acceptable. I have been in real estate and property management over 20 years. I really wish I had done more research before purchasing a water heater when if you have a problem when they are closed you are just out of luck with zero support. Very disappointing.

I've used them many times in the past for flushing my tankless water heater (which never included a trip charge). Imagine my surprise when I had them replace the thermal regulator cartridge on my shower and was charged $360 (3 hours) which included a 1/2 hour round-trip charge. They estimated it would take about an hour (never mentioning the trip charge). After seeing what actually needed to be done, it was a reasonable estimate. The problem was that the plumber really didn't know how to do the job. In fact, I had to print the assembly instructions for him. Sorry, I can no longer recommend Precision Plumbing.

My sewage line was backed up and I needed immediate assistance and they were there pronto! They did a fabulous job. The company was highly recommended to me by a service professional, and I pass the recommendation on!

Mark is awesome. He did the annual service on my Rinnai tankless water heater. Will use them again for any future plumbing & heating services. Highly recommended!
