Company texted the approximate arrival window and the name of the person who would be doing the repair. The service man Danny arrived within the time frame and after introduction went right to work. After examining the situation Danny described what he would be doing and upon my agreeing went quickly to work. Danny knows his stuff and I highly recommend using his service.

Brandon was absolutely great yesterday. On time, efficient, and personable. After servicing our tankless water heaters,he checked out our outside drainage issue, found the problem, a congested area where the underground pipe entered our rock garden, dug it up and got it fixed. You guys are firmly affixed at the top of our service list!

Dave came to our home due to our tankless water heater dripping water through the ceiling and onto our bedroom downstairs. He got the water stopped and determined that our tankless system needed to be replaced. He took his time explaining all the details and answered all our questions. Danny came out the following week to replace the system. It was a big job that took most of the day to complete. He was on time, did excellent work and was very meticulous by covering all our stairway with tarps. He did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Precision Plumbing to anyone. Steve M.

My irrigation pipe bursted on Thanksgiving day. I called Precision and left a message. Precision got back to me as soon as business started. The owner came out and assessed the damage. Two technicians came out the same day and fixed the problem with copper and brass materials.
The impress part of the service is how well organized the company that responded right away as bd got to the bottom of the issues. The office manager, owner and technicians are well integrated. I really appreciate the fast response and excellent work.

Just had these gentlemen here today to replace pipes having to do with a natural gas manifold. Dave, the owner, had come out first to do an estimate. Took his time, dug down to check pipes in order to provide an accurate estimate. Trish from the office was very helpful in getting the job scheduled. Elias and his assistant came out, took a great deal of care in their work. Dave came out to make sure all was well and that PG&E would be out here after they finished. Things went very well, the PG&E guy was happy with the work. Before Elias and his assistant departed Dave showed up to take one last look, he was also happy with the work. If all these gentlemen are happy, as the customer I am happy. Great combination of work ethic and attention to detail. Will be keeping them in mind for future work.

Added...when the PG&E guy lit pilot lights found a bad gas flexline on one hot water heater. Yikes! A quick call to Precision, and Trish helped make things happen. Elias was the man of the hour, checking problem, getting the flexline, installing it, and lighting the pilot so a family would have their hot water. Thanks again.

Good customer service on the phone. Technician was knowledgeable and helpful. Very pricey and did not expect to be charged for travel time. Solution to my issue was not what I expected, but it was due to an after-market attachment installed by general contractor. Still working out the kinks.

Call answered promptly. Set appointment and Danny, the technician flushed out water heater and diagnosed problem. Recommended new water heater which I was expecting to hear. Heater had been having issues for the past year!
Set date and Danny arrived on time with a helper, Brandon.. Explained process and installed new tankless water heater. Reviewed what to look for and how to operate. Cleaned up and let me know to call if I had questions. Technicians very knowledgeable and efficient. Experienced.
