I've used them many times in the past for flushing my tankless water heater (which never included a trip charge). Imagine my surprise when I had them replace the thermal regulator cartridge on my shower and was charged $360 (3 hours) which included a 1/2 hour round-trip charge. They estimated it would take about an hour (never mentioning the trip charge). After seeing what actually needed to be done, it was a reasonable estimate. The problem was that the plumber really didn't know how to do the job. In fact, I had to print the assembly instructions for him. Sorry, I can no longer recommend Precision Plumbing.

Great company to deal with. Pleasant office staff. They installed a dishwasher for us. The plumber showed up on time and covered all the details. He was polite, went about his work neatly, and ran a test cycle to be sure it was working properly. The cost was very reasonable. We would use this company again without hesitation.

I've not dealt with Precision Plumbing before my Navien tankless hot water heater stopped working recently. I found them through the manufacturer's web page of recommended local service providers. Of the five listed within 25 miles, only two had been certified as fully trained by the manufacturer, the others having less training. The second fully trained outfit never returned my phone calls and email. My experience with Precision was excellent. Trish answers the phone quickly every time I've called. and she quickly got me scheduled with Mark for a repair call on my Navien unit. Simply that experience alone gets them at least three stars because most of the other companies I called either didn't answer or return calls/email. Mark showed up on time and proved to be very experienced with Navien heaters (if you've opened one up, they appear as complex as a new car's engine so I recommend having someone fully trained fix it). My overall impression of Precision Plumbing is that they are professional, courteous, clean(!), extremely competent and on time. I'll call on them in the future for Navien's recommended annual servicing.

My experience with this company was great from beginning to end. I talked to Trish to set up my appointment to have my new wall heater installed. She gave me a quote for labor, and told me what I can expect for the appointment. It was Mark who came out for the installation. Mark was a great guy, knowledgeable, and I could tell he was committed to doing the job well. The cost of the installation ended up being incredible. I can't recommend this company enough, and I will definitely give them a call if something else comes up. Thanks a ton!

We were staying in a vacation rental in Carmel for the week, and we had a leak in the hot water heater. The owner called Precision, and their schedule was full for the day. Hearing that we were in dire straits, they made room in their schedule to come out on an emergency run. The plumber came out, and although his day was slammed, he didn't act harried or frustrated. He got the job done, was very professional and efficient. He left the place clean, and everything in working order.

If you want a response from a plumber don't bother. Have called more than once and am still waiting. Secretary called back and said she was going to pass on my message but that was three weeks ago and I've heard nothing.
