We called them on Tuesday May 26th and they said they could unclog upstairs bathrooms and install a clean out so we could take care of this our self next time without paying plumbers. called him back to set up appointment for next day, they said tech was busy with a slab leak and he would call and set up time. We waited till Thursday but never got a call, so i tried calling him back everyday since then but no response. June 2nd now and no call back from them and our toilets are still backed up and now we are looking for another plumber that will actually come out and do this job

I don't normally write reviews, but for service folks I think it can be very helpful. I had a slab leak that I had looked at by a different plumber the same day. Martin came out and was extremely honest about what needed to be done and when. His estimate was much more detailed and definitely more reasonable than the first plumber. He came back when he said he would and finished in less time than quoted. I also liked that he called me to let me know about finding a valve that needed to
be replaced that he had not seen prior, and still he came in right at his estimated price. Highly recommend him. Local honest and good. Also a plus, one of his employees have me an awesome recommendation for the remediation company that came in after to dry the walls and repair the holes.

Excellent customer service. He arrived on time as agreed. When running our washing machine water started the fill up the master shower. There was a back up in the sewer line leading to our street. Martin was able to solve the issue for a fair price and offer a quote for additional services that may be required in a few months.

Called today because my kitchen sink was backing up. Called at 9:45a, think I talked to Martin, seemed like a good guy, and he said that I should be expecting a call from Alan at around 1p and he'd probably be there around 3p. 1:45p comes around and hadn't heard from anyone. Called again, got voicemail, called the emergency number (which was Alan's number), and left a voicemail.

It's 9:45p and I still have not heard from either person. Probably not the first impression you'd want to make. Thankfully, someone from a different company came within an hour of my calling them.

UPDATE: Martin the owner called me the next afternoon to apologize personally, and being a small business owner myself I understood his situation and will be open to working with him in the future. Not to be taken the wrong way, but as much of a nightmare as my plumbing problem was, I hope to never have to contact any plumber ever again. :)

Would not recommend Precision Plumbing for any water heater needs. I had Martin come out to try and repair a water heater that was installed in 2008. While the thermocoupler was the only items that was broken (pilot would not light), he recommended a replacement of a water heater then proceeded to quote a price that was outrageously expensive. When I asked him to break down the components of his price, he stuttered and the numbers did not add up. Turns out that he was trying to recommend an inferior product that didn't include a recirculating water pump. He simply wanted to retrofit the existing which is a big No-No for Noritz tankless heaters. Ended up going with another Noritz approved installed and got a better model NRCP 1112 (300-400 more expensive than the Noritz NRC1111 model he recommended) and had the job completed for 36% less than the price he quoted. Remember to do your diligence before you select a plumber.
