Leo's the best - Helped me with a reno project in Davis, running a new waste pipe 40ft under my crawlspace as well as installing new water lines/vents/drains/etc.
Had 3 other plumbers give estimates, and Leo seemed to be the most knowledgeable and experienced by far.
Easy to get along with and the best part is that he suggests better or more practical alternatives to your project, and even improvements to your existing plumbing. Did not nickel and dime me for minor things. Reasonably priced, efficient, and professional.

I had an urgent utility sink backup that Leo and Dennis took care of so quickly! Called on a Sunday at 10:00 pm and they were on-site the next morning at the time they committed to and were so capable. Very reasonably priced!

The valve under my bathroom sink started to leak over the weekend. I called another plumber who was going to come on Tuesday but never followed up on a time and ended up being a no-show. I called Leo after work on Wednesday and didn't expect anyone to pick up the phone after 5pm. But he said he would be by between 11:30AM and 1PM Thursday. He came right on time, got right to work, explained what the issue was, and he was out the door before 1PM! I haven't had to hire a plumber before so I'm not sure about value, but I'm very happy with the service and reliability and will definitely call Leo again.

We called Leo around 8 pm after being turned down by several other plumbers in the area (including one we've used a lot in the past). Leo didn't hesitate and came right over he arrived clean and professional (8pm ) in Appearance and went right to work. He tried several things to trouble shoot the problem trying to ensure a cost effective repair. Once he diagnosed the issue he went to work quickly fixed the problem and cleaned up the space. This type of customer service is difficult to find in todays world. I'm happy to say I found someone that values a customer's satisfaction as much as he does their money. I'll be using Leo for any future needs.
