We called Leo around 8 pm after being turned down by several other plumbers in the area (including one we've used a lot in the past). Leo didn't hesitate and came right over he arrived clean and professional (8pm ) in Appearance and went right to work. He tried several things to trouble shoot the problem trying to ensure a cost effective repair. Once he diagnosed the issue he went to work quickly fixed the problem and cleaned up the space. This type of customer service is difficult to find in todays world. I'm happy to say I found someone that values a customer's satisfaction as much as he does their money. I'll be using Leo for any future needs.

Oh dear! One step towards the windows in the family room and I could feel an ominous ""squish"" under my feet. The carpet is definitely not supposed to feel that way! Evidently there was a leak in the water heater compartment that was coming through the floor in two rooms of the house. Panic ensued as it was Friday morning and I did not know who to call. Leo of Precision Plumbing to the rescue! He was at my home within minutes of my call and had the problem diagnosed and corrected within a short time. Before he left, the water was turned back on and I was back in business. Thanks Leo for responding so quickly and professionally!

We found Precision Plumbing to remove our old water softener and install a new unit. It was technically challenging, but they were able to figure out a good configuration that saved space. Unfortunately there were some leaks that we encountered along the way, but they were very prompt in returning to fix them, no questions asked. Very thorough and professional and we appreciate their hard work.

Leo came to my house to do an extensive amount of work on my waterheater. He had to leave to go get parts. I had errands and decided to leave when he did. He suggested that I leave the house unlocked in case he came back before me. I told him no, I will give you a key. But the hose from his truck to the house wouldn't allow me to close the front door. Again, he told me it would be fine to just leave it open while we are gone.
I asked him, ""Would you leave your own house open if your not home?""
He said. ""I don't need your crap! I've got 7 other waterheaters to do today!""
I told him to go ahead and go do them.
He said, ""That's fine. You want me to pack it up?""
I said yes. He walked away from a $2600 job because I wanted my doors locked.
Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional.
I'm not sure how he gets 5 stars on Yelp. Go to Google reviews if you want to see the truth about this business.

Very prompt, courteous and professional. Cleared up a major backup and installed a new toilet for me. As it's a 40 year old house, I'm keeping their contact info handy.

Our sewer line backed up this morning and these guys arrived about 10 mins after I called, they used two different snakes, cut through tree roots and everything's working again. Fast and professional, I'd call them again for sure!

Excellent service. I called first thing on a Monday morning and Leo came right out! Fixed my badly clogged kitchen sink and made sure to run that snake all the way past the main cleanout to make sure I wouldn't have more problems. Very careful not to leave a mess or any damage to my wood floors. Highly recommend.
