Our toilet and bathtub kept backing up. The owner of Precise Plumbing contacted me directly to see what were my plumbing issues. When he came to my house, he explained to me what was causing the backups. He told me exactly what the work involved and quoted me a great price. It took three visits to replace the pipe from my house to the sidewalk (assess, replace the pipe, and cleanup). I was able to see the replaced pipe before the pipe was covered. My lawn and plant bed were replaced with no harm. I would recommend Precise Plumbing to do any plumbing work. Great job guys!!

Had a clogged sewer drain at my 1930's house in Pittsburg. Jay runs a tight ship with his people and is in contact to monitor and understand what is happening. His plumbers also have immediate access to him to report in. Not often (unfortunately) that you find a plumber that you truly trust and has fair pricing and doesn't gouge (funny but MOST people don't even realize when they are being price gouged by a plumber that cheats!). I've been in Pittsburg for 2 years and am glad to have Jay & crew fix my plumbing problem, even more happy that Jay and his crew are now MyPlumber!

Jay and Precise Plumbing saved the day...AGAIN! Heard a hissing sound coming from the hot water heater at around 11:30pm on a Sunday evening. Who answers their phone so late on a Sunday? Jay did and thank goodness! He instructed us how to shut it down and came the next day promptly to replace the hot water heater. We avoided a disaster because of Precise Plumbing. They are professional, fabulous at their craft, neat, thorough and communicative. And this isn't the first time they have saved us. They installed a sump pump for us and stopped the flooding in the basement that everyone else was saying would cost over $10k and require French drains. Not only did they not come when scheduled, they did not contact me about any delays and when they finally showed 61/2 hours later, the owner Jay never showed up instead sent his technician to install a system that we had not agreed upon. I specifically asked his technician during our first estimate appointment that I wanted a sump pump back up in addition to a battery back up for a big backyard French drain I had done a year earlier (not by him). If he had installed what was half of what I asked for, he would grossly overcharged me. Would not hire nor recommend this company and the owner, Jay, who apparently based on other Yelp reviews does not show up to oversee the jobs or listen to the customer""s requests.

I never knew anyone could be so passionate about plumbing until I met Jay, the owner of Precise Plumbing. I ended up with a late night plumbing emergency...long story short, we tried to fix the problem ourselves and ended up with sewage all over our kitchen floor. We messaged Jay and opted not to pay for late night service, but he gave us tons of advice and asked several questions to try and figure out what was going on and help us solve it ourselves, even though we weren't paying him for speaking with us for over an hour after 10pm at night! In the end, the problem was too big for us to fix, so we had him send his lead technician over first thing in the morning. It was a huge, complicated, and dirty job, but his worker did a skilled job with an incredibly good attitude. I truly appreciate their help. This was a nightmare situation, and my only regret was that we didn't hire them right away! Will definitely call Jay again next time I have an issue, and I highly recommend him and his crew!
