contacted Precise Plumbing they were recommended By neighbor i was desperate I had a leak that was bad i made an appointment for the next day he called me back a little while later to let me know he was sending some out to see what he could do that night due to the leak being the main water supply line JOJO showed up it was dark and freezing out he got down and dirty digging and sucking out the water and dirt he phoned the problem broken pipe under cement slab worst case just my luck ,it was no problem for them The next day j, JoJo and a 3rd guy showed up in the morning jojo arrived first cut the slab was so Precise then jay and his other guy arrived jacked hammered and accessed broken pipe they were completed before 1pm i had to wait for repair to dry he sent jojo back to turn water on it was dark again JoJo stayed un till water was working and all the air was out of the pipes i was so happy . the team showed up to day and patched the walk way and it look like no one had broken cement Precise Plumbing is what i got i so happy no stress price was good i will use and recommend Precise Plumbing thank you to all 3 guys also they were very pleasant to deal with

At a friend's recommendation, I texted Jay late afternoon to fix a leak in our toilet. He immediately responded and sent one of his plumbers to come the following day. Joe was on time, very efficient, friendly and polite. He also made sure that the area where he worked was left spotlessly clean. We will definitely use Precise Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. Jay really went above and beyond for us! We had an urgent problem with raw sewage coming out of a sewer line clog. Due to the urgency, he rearranged his schedule to come out immediately and start the work. He provided me with pictures and videos of the pipe and the clog. It is an old building from the 50's and the pipe junction needed to be changed. Jay worked on this project for 3 days to get it working right. I'll be using Jay for all my plumbing needs!

Jay and the crew came to replace out 16 yr old water heater with a gas tankless heater. They had to install a new gas line from the meter to the heater location, as well as the the new water heater. They had a very reasonable price for the work. Allen and Joe did most of the work, and were very pleasant to have around. It took a bit longer than expected, but they made sure we had hot water before leaving each day. Overall they did great work at a great price.

Our toilet and bathtub kept backing up. The owner of Precise Plumbing contacted me directly to see what were my plumbing issues. When he came to my house, he explained to me what was causing the backups. He told me exactly what the work involved and quoted me a great price. It took three visits to replace the pipe from my house to the sidewalk (assess, replace the pipe, and cleanup). I was able to see the replaced pipe before the pipe was covered. My lawn and plant bed were replaced with no harm. I would recommend Precise Plumbing to do any plumbing work. Great job guys!!

Had a clogged sewer drain at my 1930's house in Pittsburg. Jay runs a tight ship with his people and is in contact to monitor and understand what is happening. His plumbers also have immediate access to him to report in. Not often (unfortunately) that you find a plumber that you truly trust and has fair pricing and doesn't gouge (funny but MOST people don't even realize when they are being price gouged by a plumber that cheats!). I've been in Pittsburg for 2 years and am glad to have Jay & crew fix my plumbing problem, even more happy that Jay and his crew are now MyPlumber!
