Thanks you James for the incredible customer service and high quality work. James has an incredible work ethic and can do attitude. He works until he gets it done. I remember when our condo complex had a major leak and I saw James at 11:00 pm still working and checking each building. Some plumbers turn water off and on quickly with no thought to the pipes, but not James. He slowly opens up the valves so the pipes are safe from bursting-this after already putting in a 15 hour day.

James is excellent! He is extremely thorough and efficient, and provides great customer service and care. He has completed several jobs for us, and is my go-to plumber. I really appreciate James's process... He examines the issue and troubleshoots, explains the problem in ways I can understand, provides me with several options on how to remedy the problem, and tidies everything up before he leaves. He's had times when he takes a look and has to come back later or another day with the right parts - on time and as promised. I think his rates are fair, and I would have a hard time finding someone as knowledgeable, friendly, and professional as James!

James is fantastic! He has done 2 jobs for me and each time he is right on it---he leaves no stone undone. He is a very nice guy and very kind, he is an expert at figuring it out. Also, he will let you know if it is something he cannot fix. Which is so great, because I have hired other plumbers in town that tried to rip me off and the easiest of jobs. Which is how I found James.

I am very thankful for precision plumbing regarding the low water pressure in my unit in San Diego. He adviced is to remove the water pressure regulator at the shower head since the water inlet pressure was reduced from high to low. We called James mid afternoon to see if he could service a clogged shower drain. He arrived the same day and unclogged the drain quickly and even took the time to wipe down the shower floor with cleaner after he was done. Very nice and polite.
