James is fantastic! He has done 2 jobs for me and each time he is right on it---he leaves no stone undone. He is a very nice guy and very kind, he is an expert at figuring it out. Also, he will let you know if it is something he cannot fix. Which is so great, because I have hired other plumbers in town that tried to rip me off and the easiest of jobs. Which is how I found James.

We had our hot water heater go out at 2:30 am on Saturday morning. Thanks to Lee at Precise Plumbing we had it fixed and hot water once AGAIN by Saturday night at 8:00pm.

I am very thankful for precision plumbing regarding the low water pressure in my unit in San Diego. He adviced is to remove the water pressure regulator at the shower head since the water inlet pressure was reduced from high to low. He is truly thinking of the customer's concerns, and have great integrity and professional ethics. I will be happy to hire him for future plumbing works.

We called James mid afternoon to see if he could service a clogged shower drain. He arrived the same day and unclogged the drain quickly and even took the time to wipe down the shower floor with cleaner after he was done. Very nice and polite. I am more than happy to write a review for James because he truly deserves the review. I've used James on my jobs and have referred him to my customers and have gotten nothing back but good feedback from them. He's reasonable very responsive prompt and very courteous I would refer James anytime. Honestly precise Plumbing couldn't have a better name. They're Johnny on the spot. James also works very well with insurance I have never had a problem with his billing or his work.

James has ""passed the buck"" and failed to contact me back. I had roots in my toilet, which got unclogged by Roto Rooter. Being told that the roots would grow back, I contacted my HOA, which then contacted James at Precise Plumbing. He showed up and tole me that I needed a chemical called ""RootX"". Later, he then said that Roto Rooter has already used a chemical and ""not to worry"". Several calls to Roto Rooter and I find out that they have NOT applied any chemicals. They viewed the invoice and discovered this. Been calling James back many times over the last few days, leaving countless voice messages, only to not get any response. Given the choice, I will never again use them and I recommend that you avoid unnecessary troubles and avoid them, yourselves!
