I've used James on my jobs and have referred him to my customers and have gotten nothing back but good feedback from them. He's reasonable very responsive prompt and very courteous I would refer James anytime. Honestly precise Plumbing couldn't have a better name. They're Johnny on the spot. James also works very well with insurance I have never had a problem with his billing or his work.

James has ""passed the buck"" and failed to contact me back. I had roots in my toilet, which got unclogged by Roto Rooter. Being told that the roots would grow back, I contacted my HOA, which then contacted James at Precise Plumbing. He showed up and tole me that I needed a chemical called ""RootX"". Later, he then said that Roto Rooter has already used a chemical and ""not to worry"". Several calls to Roto Rooter and I find out that they have NOT applied any chemicals. They viewed the invoice and discovered this. Been calling James back many times over the last few days, leaving countless voice messages, only to not get any response. Given the choice, I will never again use them and I recommend that you avoid unnecessary troubles and avoid them, yourselves!

James is one of those contractors I've used personally and I refer him out to my clients all the time, where he gets rave reviews. I found him to be incredibly responsive, reasonably priced and he knows his stuff.
Recent examples:
He recently installed a water pressure regulator and fixed several other things at my place. He did great work and saved me a lot over what other plumbers in the past have charged me.

Shari a client of mine calls and shares her frustration that she had been without hot water for 2 weeks and had company coming to stay at her house the very next day. One call to James and he was there in a flash, diagnosed the issue, located and bought the the special ""vented"" HW heater she needed, drove an hour away to pick it up and installed for her that night. She had been dealing with a home warranty company and another plumber for 2 weeks and kept getting the run around about the part didn't come in and then it was the wrong part. Meanwhile she had been taking cold showers! (Yuk!) They couldn't get it done in 2 weeks but James did in within hours.

Another client of mine who's a retired plumber wanted to re-pipe a new house I had helped him an his wife purchase. I recommended James and after the job was done (big job by the way) he called me to thank me and to say how much he enjoyed working with James.

The city shut off the water saying that there was a leak. I tried to get more information but the city was not helpful. I had called a plumber that a friend recommend but he never called back so I looked at yelp. Scheduling worked out perfectly and he isolated the leak. I highly recommend him. James was so incredible! I had a leaking O-ring on my toilet and was told about it on Saturday morning when my downstairs neighbor said their roof was leaking. I was referred to James at Precise Plumbing from my HOA and he was so fast at responding (even on a Saturday). He came right out and helped me out. He was kind and honest and very responsive. I had been wanting to get both toilets replaced (old and used way too much water) and I spoke to James and he replaced both for me at a fair price. He even referred me to someone to help with repairing my neighbors drywall. I would highly recommend James to anyone looking for a plumber who really cares and is committed to customer services.

I can only rate James/ Precise on his response time and ability to determine the problem which turned out to be a leak from my washing machine that had seeped into my living room floor. He was in touch right away, kept his cool despite my worries and quickly found the source of the problem after checking both my and my neighbor's units. Turns out I really need washing machine repair and some restoration.

James was at my home from about 6:00 - 7:00 pm and was more than fair about what he charged me. No emergency surcharge and also gave me some pricing on a few things that need to get done at some point. His pricing seems very fair and he also gave me input on the next steps I needed to take as well as checking in the next morning to see how everything was. This is definitely a company where you are dealing with an individual who seems to care that everything gets taken care of and can provide any necessary referrals.
