This company is trash. Home warranty sent them out to repair tankless water heater. Showed up and unplugged unit, plugged it back in and told my wife it was fixed, showing her hot water at 3 sinks. Tells her we should have it serviced.
Told me when I called back due to no hot water 2 hours later, that they never said it was fixed. Told me that it was not working because it needs a $400 maintenance service.
Told warranty company that it needs to have a system flush performed...
Which is it? They lie, scam and cheat the customer and warranty companies.

My garbage disposal stopped working, a friend recommended practical plumbing and they were able to come in the same day and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Joshua was very professional. I will definitely be using them in the future if needed and also will recommend to all my friends and family.

I got referred to Practical Plumb through my home warranty and I was a bit nervous after reading all the reviews on here. I have to be honest... my expectations were very low based on the reviews. However, they exceeded my expectations. My power flusher for my toilet needed to be replaced. They had to order a new power flushed and when it arrived, I called and they can back out to install it. I would have given 5 stars because I had no issues on the work performed, but they are not great at calling to follow up like they say. I had to initiate very phone call. However I kind of expected that based on other reviews so I just made sure to keep on top of the communication myself. The work requested was approved and performed well.

Fidelity sent them out to fix leak under my sink they said they would be back with parts and never came back ...never called...I finally called fidelity after 2 1/2 weeks and they said the plumber couldn't fix the problem cuz I dont have a pressure control valve ..what a crock...all my other faucets are fine...excuses

Professional and reliable company. They were sent out by Fidelity Insurance (homeowner's insurance and warranty company). Albert was able to quickly and competently diagnose the location of our slab leak and was creative enough to find a solution that did not require jackhammering the concrete. His solution was much faster and less disruptive (no dust or possible damage to the slab and property) than jackhammering. Also, he was able to quickly repair our water heater (replace the burner and gas valve component). Had our hot water back in no time. Albert was in constant communication with Fidelity Insurance in order to authorize the parts and labor for the repairs. The only downside was having to wait for Fidelity to authorize the aforementioned parts and labor.

Additionally, Gabriela was courteous, understanding and professional. She kept in constant communication with us, Albert and Fidelity to expedite our repairs. Anytime that I had a question, either about the insurance authorization or about the service repairs, she either had the answer or kept us on a brief hold while she got the answer. She was absolutely awesome. We would absolutely use their services again (hopefully we never need to, no offense Albert and Gabriela!).

Finally, given the current pandemic, Albert was 100% compliant with COVID-19 safety protocols. Felt completely safe when he was in our property performing the repairs.

Have had these guys come out a few times with my fidelity home warranty, they have always been prompt & helpful. Would recommend. The gal on the phone has always been very nice as well.

Albert has always been great! I was trying to reach out to their company last week but due to Covid the number I called was the one they don't use. Albert replied to my Yelp review right away. My house had several pluming issues since 2013 and each time Albert fixed it with quality work. He is also very honest and transparent about the cost of pluming work. It has been 7 years I know Albert and he is the first plumber would call.

Had to go with them through home warranty. These guys are horrible. Bad communication and did not fix the problem. Lazy. Do not recommend this company. Stay away.

I had problems with my drain backing up so I called practical plumbing. They did a great job for a great price :) I had other people come out and they couldn't get the job done, Albert Came to my house and got the job done :) great work and they clean up after themselves well :) I will be calling them for all my plumbing issues thank you again guys for a job well done
