Initially everything seemed fine. The technician showed up to check an issue with my central air. The heat was blowing cold. This was on a Thursday. After breaking down what the issue could be, he said he would email me an estimate on the work. During his visit, I just happen to mention that I had Rams tickets that I was trying to sell because I couldn't attend the game. Anyway Friday rolls around and I don't receive the email with the estimate. I do receive a phone call from a number I don't recognize. When I don't answer I get a text. Turns out the technician wants to trade my Rams tickets to complete the work on my central air. At this point I just want heat in my home. Before I say anything I say I need an estimate and what's the status. He tells me he had a family emergency and was unable to send the estimate. Needless to say I never received an estimate and I only heard from him again the day of the game (Sunday) asking about the tickets. I told him I sold them already. Mind you it's Monday now and I still have no heat nor an estimate. Oh and I paid $89 for his diagnosis just for him to blow off the job. I'm very disappointed in the service I received. I strongly suggest going elsewhere for any heating or air needs.

I honestly can't believe what happened. I have a 4 year old water 100 gallon water heater at my house. It stopped working yesterday. I called Power Pro Plumbing and they sent a technician, Efrain, out to assess the problem. He told me it was fault code 57 - a flame sensor shorted to ground. I asked if he was able to fix it on site or if parts needed to be ordered.

He went to his truck for 10 minutes and came back. Efrain said his Manager told him to replace the unit - that was the only way. I asked if they usually replace units if there is a fault code. Why would the machine go to the trouble of having fault codes if the answer is to replace it??? Because mine is a larger commercial Bradford White unit, the cost to replace it would be about $10-12,000. TEN TO TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! I said it seemed like the equivalent of getting a flat tire on a car and your mechanic says, ""You have to get rid of your car.""

I asked politely why the internet has tons of videos of people cleaning the flame sensor of corrosion or moisture. Why would this unit need replacement? Why could it not be fixed?

Efrain said that was the only way. Replace the unit. Not possible to fix. He left.

I called another plumber who came by and looked inside. He said there was some condensation inside the flame sensor. It was totally fine and didn't need to be replaced. He asked if I had some canned air (which I did) and he cleaned off the sensor. That other plumber charged me $150.

So one plumber said everything was good and nothing was really wrong. Power Pro Plumbing Heating and Air wanted to charge me $12,000. I never write reviews but this made me angry. I felt like this company wanted to take advantage of me. My water heater works just fine now. The other plumber said it was in top notch condition to boot because we have a whole-house water filter so there was almost no sediment/corrosion.

Jose Ruiz came out to my home to evaluate a possible water leak. He was top notch. He was very knowledgeable, professional, patient, informative, and helpful. We had our annual Heating system check by Michael V. He was on time, did a great job, very personable, answered questions we had and helpful. Michael recommended and installed the NASA Air Scrubber. I have allergies and this product should help with pollens and other contaminants in the air. We are excited to see how this changes the air in our home.

David Macias installed a fireplace gas log/burner with remote at a reasonable price. Excellent service from David. He was friendly, knowledgeable, very competent, clean and courteous. Couldn't ask for more! Thank you, David, and Power Pro.

First things first. Eddie's the best.

And this was a repeat visit. Under warranty. Marvin was here earlier in the day and had to remove my toilet and snake the line. When Marvin left he showed me it flushed fine. But I guess he hadn't released the entire clog so after using it a couple times I was back to clog.

Eddie to the rescue. But not only Eddie but the dispatcher whose name starts with an L and I just can't remember what it was but she deserves a shout out to because she got someone back here the same day. I can't say enough good things about this company. I priced the work with 6 other plumbers. All of them were more expensive.

And this was the only company that gave free estimates. Literally there is no other plumbing company I could find that gave free estimates. Absolutely amazing.

Am I the only one that noticed that it's with most plumbers and 80 or $90 charge and then they will give you an estimate and Applied the lady and 90 if you do the work with them. What is up with that? They're sort of at liberty to charge me 1 billion gazillion dollars after taking my 88. Anyway don't look any further these people are the end

Power pro to the rescue again. TiVo and his partner were so friendly and reliable. And I totally trusted them. They arrived quickly finish the job thoroughly and even did a little side bonus for me. I can't say enough good things about them. I usually have my main drain opened every 10 months because I was having toilet blockages about once a year. So now I have them come out every 10 months and they pull roots out of my line to prevent a back up. TiVo was great as has all the plumbers that have done this service from Power Pro (Cerritos). Raquel in the office goes above and beyond my expectations every time I call.

I want to start by saiding these two guys were outstanding Felix and Brian from the H vac Department came to my home and put us at easy right away, knew what they were doing the handy man we hired in the past took advantage of us because we did not know about plumbing and did a half job on some plumbing work we had him do but to are surprise Felix and Brian came in and fix all the problems he did. we are so grateful to have two honest guys coming to our home they were very professional and put Materials down to protect our furniture and floors we are just recently remodeled so we appreciated that very much took care of us in a timely manner we will recommend them to all our neighbors and family and provided us with a great outstanding service we are forever grateful to power Pro plumbing

Beware of this company gimmicks. They charge $90 for a diagnosis charge and they do not even attempt to fix issue. Only replace everything. The technician did not even climb into attic to attempt a fix. Buyer beware!!!
