I called Power Pro Plumbing Heating & Air Company. We were unable to turn off the bathtub water because the fixture was broken. Prior to calling this company, I had contacted several plumbing companies. I had two options; leave a voicemail message and pray that someone would quickly return my call or wait until Thursday (2 days) for a plumber to come out and shut the running water off and determine what what would happen next. It wasn't until I contacted this company at 1:40 p.m on a Tuesday that I saw results. The gentleman that I spoke to was understanding. I was extremely impressed by his spirit of kindness and supportiveness. He told me not to worry, someone would be at my home between 2 and 4 p.m. Guess what? A gentleman by the name of MIguel Mendez arrived at 2:00 p.m. on the dot! He was understanding, knowledgeable, and professional. I was so happy to see him because the bathtub water had been running for almost 2 hours! Mr. Miguel Mendez shut it off and provided me with a free fixture repair/replacement estimate. Also, he conducted a free plumbing / heating safety inspection and gave me a written copy of his findings. Thank you, Power Pro Plumbing Heating & Air! Today I had my inspection for plumbing and for my Heating and air. Jose was fantastic and I decided to also have him replace my water heater while he was here. I would use him again.
I also had my ac and Heating inspection and filter and coil cleaning. Fernando worked hard and did a great job as well. He also made recommendations that I will follow up on soon.

Did not fix the gas leak after all,said they checked it but must have miss it.40 days of a gas leak under my house !

I called this plumbing company and asked if they offered free in home estimates which they said they did, I set up an appointment for today Monday and the tech showed up and charged my husband $185 dollars. My husband called me, (I'm out of town), and he said to let it go,,,,,but I thought the right thing to do was to call and let them know. The girl said she would bring this to her managers attention and that someone would reach my husband. I spoke with my husband and they did in fact call him back, only to tell him that if it was over 15 minutes there would be a charge. I don't understand why they don't tell you these things up front. This is very misleading and Power Pro should not be advertising ""FREE ESTIMATES"", when they're not going to be free. This is false advertisement! TERMINEX spent over 35 minutes at my home for a free estimate and it was free. Get it together Power Pro!

I found Power Pro Plumbing Heating & Air after running a search for HVAC pros on Home Advisor. Our furnace had stopped working and we were freezing. Power Pro was able to come out the next day and Luis did a great job diagnosing what went wrong with our system. He fixed it same day and the price to do the work was was extremely fair.

Based upon our positive experience with Luis, we inquired about having some other work done on our AC system. Basically, it didn't work and for two summers we suffered with a house that would only cool down to 76 degrees... on a good day. On a bad day the AC would run all day and it would only cool down to 78 degrees. In one word, being home during the summer was torture.

Power pro was able to diagnose a problem that two other ""professionals"" couldn't. In addition, they gave us some insight on how to quiet down our fan blower, which was located in the hallway and was extremely loud.

At the end of the day our heater works, our AC blows some fantastically crisp, cool air, and the sound of our fan blower went down from 65 db to 30 db. Yes, I measured the volume before and after the work was completed because I wasn't about to spend $800 to re-work a duct and still have it be loud as a lawnmower.

The crew that worked on the AC was Albert G., Alex, Felix and Juan.

We spent a good amount of money getting our system configured the way we wanted it but not a penny was wasted. I got two other bids on the work before I went with Power Pro and they were all about $1,000 more.

Everyone is very professional and diligent. They even put booties over their shoes every time they come back into the house after venturing outside.

I had an emergency after the big rain in O.C. My pool overflowed into the backyard due to clogging of the drainage. I called this company, they arrived on time and gave a fair estimate. The crew, Tavo and Juan were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous and got the job done in the estimated 1 hr time. My problem is all gone. I highly recommend this company and the crew which did the work.

On Sunday, December 23rd, we had some sprinkler repair work done by our gardener. He had to shut off the water line from the street to the house via an old gate valve next to the house. That valve was old and rusted and when the work was done it could not be opened to let the water flow. So here we were, late Sunday, before Christmas and we had no water in the house. We called a ""24 hour, 7 day a week"" company only to be told they had no one available until after Christmas; yikes! We found Power Pro Plumbing on-line and explained the issue; we needed a ball valve, etc, etc. They said someone would be out within a two hour window, and yes they could fix it. At about 5:15 Jorge Barrios from Power Pro showed up, assessed the situation and said he could remove the old valve and install the new one.

We told him to go ahead, as we needed water. Jorge worked on the valve and copper tubing replacement and had everything working again by about 8:15 PM, three hours! Now, we thought the cost (under $700.00) was reasonable considering it was the Sunday two days before Christmas so we were happy. I will definitely use these guys in the future.

Great service! Fernando H. came to our house on time and was very helpful. We had a unique situation where we a clean out pipe needed to be installed. His supervisor Mike M. came by and they were able to determine what caused the clog and also where to install a clean out pipe. Both gentlemen were professional, thorough, and kind. I will definitely recommend them to our friends and family in the future!

I love this company ,everyone is so courteous and friendly. When you call the office the staff is always so friendly and they set your appointment up with in a day or two ,the technicians I had this time was Cody Miller and Albert Gonez from the Anaheim office and they are the best ,they always do a excellent job and more ,I would recommend this company to everyone I meet ,they are a A+ in my book

The technician M. Manikas was OUTSTANDING !!!!! He explained everything he was doing . Very professional courteous and efficient. I needed a CD copy of my sewer inspection and I expected it in the mail in a couple of days. The office people tried blaming it on the technician as to why I had not received it. I asked them to check the file as they told me ""it's more than likely been sent out"". They kept insisting to email it to me. When they finally checked the file it had not even been put on CD let alone mailed. The technician had turned it in to the office the same day he did the service. Now more than a week later I'm still waiting. Shame on the office staff to try and pass the buck. I have now missed my deadline to submit the sewer inspection to the city because of the holidays... they offered a coupon for future services but...not sure that's gonna happen !
