This company is easy to get a hold of and convenient to do business with. The answering service/dispatcher answered the phone right away and was knowledgeable and professional. They texted me a pic of the plumber when he was on his way, and he arrived within less than an hour. Johnny was friendly and professional, explained what he was doing, fixed the problem right away (clogged toilet) and recommended preventative service which I am considering scheduling. We are a manufacturing facility. Sal and Tavo did a great job. They did their work and noticed something else. They immediately informed me of what they could do to remedy the situation. It turns out that following that little extra opened up the drains for the job we called them out to do.

My kitchen sink was backed up, contacted Power Pro thru Home Adviser. the person I spoke with at the dispatch office was very nice and polite and informed me that my plumbing technician would be out before the end of the day. Nate came out and unclogged the sink in minutes. I used them for the first time. Service tech was very nice and fixed problem within 10 min. Showed me the faulty part and said it would cost 300+ dollars to fix. I gave them a three because after i found out what the problem was i found i could buy that part online for on approximately 20 dollars so basically paid 250 dollars for labor which i probably could have done on my own. But problem is fixed and my heating his working now.

A/C that was not turning on. They were very attentive at listening to my concerns and quick to not only find the problem but fix it as well. Having dealt with questionable plumbers for many years, I know better than calling one cold.
That's what my tenants did on 1January2020.
Power Pro came out and stuck a snake in the cleanout (this is their typical starting game). This guy told my tenants his snake couldn't clear the obstruction and they would have to agree to further options. The quote he gave them was to jackhammer the slab, etc, etc. in the amout of $4100.
My tenant then called me to see what I thought about this quote. I told my tenant to not talk to these crooks or let them back in my building and I called my plumber I have used for years. He came out, did the same snake routine, and cleared the drain in 15 minutes. His bill was a total of $159.00.
