This was a lucky find for us, as we were really I need for reliable function from our relatively new Rheem hot water heater. We called for service and promptly received a response. We were offered an appointment to which we agreed. Prior to our appointment, we received several confirmation texts. On the day of the visit, we were sent an image of the technician, and given an update regarding his arrival time. As texted, our technician, SANTIAGO LLAMAS, texted from our driveway, letting us know that he was outside. We opened the garage to allow access to the heater. Santiago,with a friendly approach, and broad smile, went right to work, using experience and reason to approach the issue. He explained his thinking and offered a solution. We would solve it in the most cost-effective way. Santiago was honest and made it clear that we would solve it at no extraordinary expense. If installation was necessary, he would be the one, if we wanted, to complete it. In short, Santiago was pleasant, courteous, kind and efficient. Above and beyond professional. We will seek his services again, without hesitation.

This company treated me very courteously. The technicians (Francisco Padilla and Ernesto Casillas) replaced the drain pipe from the bathroom sink to the main line and I was very pleased. They showed up on time. Cleaned up after the job was done. I would not hesitate to call them in the future.

Our A/C broke on Labor Day weekend, no other local A/C company was willing to come out until the week after but Power Pro came out early in the morning the next day and provided us with an estimate with a high quality product. Power Pro helped us take care of the HOA requirements and approval, city permit and the crane for installation.... AND fit us in their earliest schedule. What a wonderful company!

From the receptionist to the dispatcher to the plumber. They were all so kind and helpful.

The plumber (Jorge Gutierrez) was sent out immediately. He was extremely helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to help find the right faucet to replace the broken one and did a stellar job on the installation.

We had a huge plumbing issue in our laundry facility at our mobile home park and was pleased with the urgency they took with the issue. Luis Ramirez first helped trying to fix the problem with a snake but the issue was bigger than expected. After hours of snaking different locations Luis called his associate Tavo Zavala to do a jet flush and camera to find the problem. Tavo was very professional and polite. His persistence over a long period of time paid off. And all this on a Friday afternoon / night. Most plumbers would have given up or complained. Not them. Thanks to both of them for the hard work!!

Had trouble with my AC units over Memorial Day weekend, called Saturday and setup appointment for Monday between 8am-2pm. Call center called ahead to let me know technician was on the way. Edwin arrived and quickly diagnosed the problems on both units. Edwin repaired both units in less than one hour and we were back to grilling and chilling on Memorial Day! Lazy. Just lazy.

I called because my A/C had a weird smell.

Here's how the ""service call"" went with Power Pro Plumbing:

1. The technician arrives at my home
2. He enters home
3. I set up my own latter to access the attic
4. A technician stands on the latter, looking at the AC unit from the latter the entire time, never fully entering the attic.
5. 30 seconds later, the technician comes down the latter and recommends that I get a $2,000 air scrubber installed.

What a joke. This would be like if you had taken your car into the shop, and the mechanic recommends a $2,000 part for your car without popping the hood first to see what the hell could actually be the issue.

It's just pure laziness. Los Angeles contractors and service companies reek of laziness and Power Pro Plumbing is just another company here trying to take advantage of people with the easy-way-out.
