Had trouble with my AC units over Memorial Day weekend, called Saturday and setup appointment for Monday between 8am-2pm. Call center called ahead to let me know technician was on the way. Edwin arrived and quickly diagnosed the problems on both units. Edwin repaired both units in less than one hour and we were back to grilling and chilling on Memorial Day! Thank you Power Pro and BIG THANKS to Edwin!

Lazy. Just lazy.

I called because my A/C had a weird smell.

Here's how the ""service call"" went with Power Pro Plumbing:

1. The technician arrives at my home
2. He enters home
3. I set up my own latter to access the attic
4. A technician stands on the latter, looking at the AC unit from the latter the entire time, never fully entering the attic.
5. 30 seconds later, the technician comes down the latter and recommends that I get a $2,000 air scrubber installed.

What a joke. This would be like if you had taken your car into the shop, and the mechanic recommends a $2,000 part for your car without popping the hood first to see what the hell could actually be the issue.

It's just pure laziness. Los Angeles contractors and service companies reek of laziness and Power Pro Plumbing is just another company here trying to take advantage of people with the easy-way-out.

Had to use them for a simple hose bib replacement. They came over the same day and quickly did the work. Nate replaced the parts and explained why the new parts were better than the previous equipment. Would use again. Would actually ask for Nate by name for any future issues.

Edwin came out today to do a maintenance check on the Heating/Air system in my parents home. He was punctual,
thorough, friendly and kind. He did the maintenance check and gave us a few suggestions of what could be done to support the system. He is a positive ""role model"" for the company!!

My garbage disposal wouldn't drain. Tech Eddie Rodriguez fixed it in a jiff! He was very friendly professional. He arrived so fast! inwas concerned because it was Martin Luther King Jr Day! I will definitely call them if the need arises. He went above and beyond the call of duty.

Our technician was Edwin he was very knowledgeable about our heating concerns he explained the issue we were having and that he was able to solve the issue also gave me a complete recommendation on the newest heating system available he showed me the breakdown on his tablet the cost of installing new unit and it would save me in the long run I will recommend Edwin and Power Pro for the plumbing and heating issues in the future and great customer service it only allowed me to give 5 stars but I'd give 10 and a half stars

Mario and Nate came and saved the day today. My daughters just moved into their first place and all the toilets stopped up and dirt came through the shower drain... gross. They were friendly and are on top of getting everything back in order. Thanks guys!!!

The service is excellent with positive experiences from the initial phone call to the end of service call. Eduardo Rodriguez has worked magic on projects in both kitchen and bathroom settings. He offers intelligent insight unto the plumbing of an aging home and patiently works to find solutions. He is courteous, thorough, efficient. He has always left the work site clean, not always an easy task with plumbing issues. I recommend without hesitation.
