Saturday night after work I discovered a leak from my water pressure valve controller. I tried my best to stop the leak but was unsuccessful. I called power pro plumbing in the am, and they sent Mr. Eddie Ansalon (aka Eddie A) who is a fantastic plumber. He came right on time, early on Sunday of the spring time change. In the middle of the work. Eddie found that another pressure valve controller was defective. Since Sunday was my only day off, he kindly went and found the correct part and brought it to complete the job and finished. At the end of the work, Eddie kindly gave me a fair price. Overall, my experience with Power pro was excellent and Eddie A is professional, kind, fair, and outstanding plumber. Thanks to Mr. Eddie A and Power Pro team!!

I discovered a water valve break when I got home from work, and after multiple attempts to shut the line off, I had to resort to contacting local plumbers. Power Pro Plumbers wasn't the first to respond, but they were the first to have a tech ready to come out after hours. Miguel was friendly, helpful and efficient, and had repairs completed within a few hours.

I had a very poor experience with this company. They couldn't come out right away for a sewer stoppage. I had to wait a full 24 hours to get someone out to my house. I told the tech that showed up the next day that there was a sewer stoppage and he proceeded to flood my house by turning on all the faucets at the same time and flushing the toilets repeatedly.

The supervisor came out and saw the overflowing, flooding toilet and I asked him who was going to clean up the flood and he said, ""Yeah, 'we' will have to clean that up."" And I asked him, ""Who is 'we?'"" He said, ""I guess you will have to do it.""

I hauled six buckets of water out of my bathroom from the overflowing toilet and this company asked me to sign a work order and define how I was going to pay, by check or cash, and scheduled an appt. for the next morning.

Next morning, no show. I got a phone call at 11:00 a.m. and the secretary said there was no one available to clear my sewer. I mentioned to her that the tech had flooded my house and she switched me to ""Alan"" who told me that the flood never happened and he knew because he was on the phone with the tech the whole time, even though the supervisor saw the flooding, stepped over the water and tried to say the water was coming from the wax ring. He couldn't even see the water flowing over the rim of the toilet. That's all I can say about this company.

I saw them at the AoA convention and I thought to give them a try, Thanks to checking here I realized I was about to be given the same delay run around that many have experienced here.
I was going to use them to do a simple rooter or possibly hydro service.
They were scheduled to come at 8:30. I called at 9. I was told the technician didn't leave the previous job yet.

I may consider them again in 6 months if I see an improvement on Yelp!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the first review I have ever written on anything but felt other people should know. I had a leak under my dishwasher this morning so I decided to call pro power plumbing since I hear them advertised on ESPN radio. The one thing they are good at is advertising. They said they would be out between 9:00 and 10:00. At 10:00 they called and said they were running late. Finally at 11:45 while waiting at home I called and they said that it will be soon but I kept hearing that and it was a few hours later. Since I had to go back to work they said I can schedule them for 5:00 and that we would be a priority. It is now 7:30 and just called to cancel them since we are obviously not the priority and they keep giving me the run around. I am no willing to have my house flood before I ever use this company!

I'm not much of a yelper, but this I had to share. Unbelievably poor customer service. I am a commercial GC and I called several days in advance of when I needed them, to schedule a simple one-night project, which needed to be completed by morning for a high profile client. The tech showed up at 10:30pm, an hour and a half late, with no idea what he was there to do. At this point I was told to call ""Sammy"" who proceeded to chew me out because he had no notes in the system about the repair, like that's my fault. Got nowhere with him, so I called the main line and basically got the same treatment from a rude woman there. They both acted like it was my fault that they didn't have the info about the project, even though I explained it in detail when I called to set it up. They refused to let the late tech stay to finish the job and basically just blew me off. It's obvious someone on their team dropped the ball, ok I get it, mistakes happen. But the way they handled it (or didn't) says a lot about their integrity as a company. I had used them before with decent success but I will definitely never use them again. The water pipe on my toilet broke and within second started flooding my bathroom! PowerPro plumbing came out quickly on a holiday weekend and repaired it for such a reasonable rate. Carlos B. was the technician and was such a professional, very kind and diligent. Can't say enough positives about my experience!

Our downstairs Plumbing backed this morning. Handling a Plumbing problem was not a part of my busy schedule this morning. I called Power Pro Plumbing, and they sent their Amazing service Tech Joseph out to help us with our Problem. I watched Joseph carefully and thoroughly source our problem and within 45 minutes of his arrival our Plumbing was unclogged and working nicely. Thank you, Power Pro and thanks, Joseph. It is nice to work with a Plumbing Company that is thorough and focusses on quality!
