We called Power Pro Plumbing, Eddie A. came to our home, explained what we needed and fixed the plumbing situation created by our contractor. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and diligent. He found other problems, spent hours looking for the leaks in gas line created by contractor and remained willing to come back the next day to finish his work. Expensive, maybe, but you get what you pay for. Thank you Power Pro Plumbing and especially thank you Eddie A. for your great work ethic and friendly disposition.

I had a leak in my garage which would not stop. Technician came out quickly and determined that we had a leak in a pipe which was in the concrete slab. He had to re-route it, but it did not take too much time to have it done. I asked him about other things which I should be looking for, and offered his opinion with no sales pressure at all. I would recommend them.

AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
Short version: in 8 hours they couldn't install a water heater. Worse, when I came home from work and the guy was still fiddling around with it and it became obvious I had more plumbing skills than this idiot. Then, in a hissy-fit he simply walked off the job. Now I've got to deal with this. Top to bottom this company is the worst.
HEAD MY WARNING ... Talk with your friends, find a reliable company for your plumbing needs.

I called to have my kitchen line snaked this is a
Reoccurring issue I have with this property here in Redondo Beach
off Aviation Way.
The office said it would be about a 2 hour wait.
It was actually 3 hours.
So this plumber shows up, I show him my problem and
He immediately tries to (up sale) me. He said I know what
Your problem is it's the garbage disposal it has failed and you
Need to replace it. But I say my line is plugged can you snake it
He said it wont help the disposal is shot and they don't drain when they fail
So he gives me an estimate to do the work that he thinks I need. This is where
It goes wrong. He's estimate is for new garbage disposal and to
(Vacuum out the backed up water). He gives me a one year warranty
All this for, are you ready?----- $428.00.
Anybody who has an issue with plumbing, don't call this business.
They are the perfect example of what a rip off artist is.
I did not need any of this crap that (Albert) offered from Power/Pro.
The next day I removed the existing garbage disposal cleaned it out
With a hose reinstalled it and it worked just fine. OH and did I mention
That this garbage disposal was only 8 months old. I will never call them again
And anybody who has a plumbing problem, avoid calling this rip off company.
In my opinion (POWER/PRO) is a joke and if I didn't have any common sense
I would have lost $428.00 to this joke of a company.
People, who have rentals, need honest people to do work sometimes. When you come across a company like this you never forget their practice and you always let others know. I'm letting readers know that in the South bay don't call Power Pro.

we had a plumbing emergency and called several plumbing companies ""Power Pro Plumbing "" was the only servers provider that actually called back. In addtion, "" Power Pro Plumbing "" had a live operator assisting customers when others only offered voice mail. Lastly, our power pro plumbing rep quickly fixed our plumbing needs with professionalism that surpassed our expectations. Thanks power pro.

I called Power Pro Plumbing on a Sunday night for a leak emergency. They told me they could send a technician out the next morning at 0730. The technician arrived on time and I explained our situation; we had water coming up through the hardwood slats and could hear water through the wall. Without looking at the wall he diagnosed our problem as a slab leak and that he would have to go and get the detection equipment from the shop and he would be back in forty minutes. Before he left he prepared me for the thousand dollar plus cost to repair the slab leak. After three hours and multiple phone calls he technician was no place to be found. I called another local plumbing company and they came in, went straight to the wall where we heard the leak, they opened the wall and found a leak in the pipe and fixed it for under $300. Maybe I should have given two stars for saving me a lot of money.

We had an emergency refrigerator leak on Easter Sunday. PowerPro was the 2nd plumbing service we called after waiting 30 min. for the first one to call back. The plumber who arrived--Josh J, #263--will now be our plumber for any future work (our house is 40 yrs. old, so we will need some). This young man was friendly, well-spoken, very knowledgeable & experienced (his father is also a plumber), and competent. A representative of this family-owned company followed up to make sure all had gone well. We highly recommend PowerPro, and specifically Josh J.

They overcharged me, didn't do a good job, caused another leak and wanted me to pay for the repair. I learned an expensive lesson as this the first time I had to hire a plumber. Do not call these people. If you want honest, good work in Orange County try C & C Plumbing instead. They came out after these guys and fixed what Power Pro messed up.

Great job Federico! I was notified when the plumber would arrive. He was there sooner than expected, Nice guy, who hooked me up for a great price for the work performed, and did a great job. What more can I say.

Had a good experience with George replacing water valves in the shower. The unit we have is older so some of the work takes more time because of the older, rusted pipes, but George dutifully explained everything so we understood the process. There was an issue with scheduling that occurred so I cannot in good faith give them 5 stars, but that is counterbalanced by George installing some isolation valves that helped get the building's water supply back on earlier than we thought. Bottom line, I would call them again for work.
