I have been a Power Pro customer for over twenty years. They provide fast, professional service and stand by their work which is always high quality. I really appreciate their frequent updates for arrival time of plumbers so I can arrange my work schedule with accuracy. Eddy just left the house after fixing a slow bathroom sink and installing a new garbage disposal. He has also installed new faucets. His work shows expertise, and he always clearly explains his procedures. Eddy left the bathroom and kitchen clean and ready to go. I give Eddy a big thumbs up!

Power Pro Plumbing has fast professional service. They are experts in their field. They do everything from installs to fixing leaks. If you have trouble picking out the type of bathroom or kitchen you need the staff can pick it out for you. With expert advice. Without over stepping your budget.
Ive had David F. come to my place to basically to do everything. Install showers, fix water lines and put in a waterheater. David and his crew were fast and efficient. Made i knew about my warranties and how everything worked.
Now if i ever need any repairs or replacements i call Power Pro Plumbing for all my plumbing needs from now on. I mean it when i say thank you guys!

The only reason why, I called this company was because Max on ESPN radio's add was so convening. I'm not sure what he see's in the company, but I didn't get the same treatment. Day 1, had to reschedule, short handed. Day 2, same story and they want me to reschedule again? Really? No thank you. I'm gonna tweet Max and let him know that this sponsor garbage. Do your off yelp research before contacting this conpany, garbage service from the jump!

I don't usually write many reviews but since I had such a great experience, I could not NOT write a review. Not sure why some reviews were negative but I'm talking from my own experience. I've got a few estimates from other plumbing companies to fix a broken pipe outside my home. Estimates were fairly high but Power Pro Plumbing gave me not just a fair descent price, but also gave honest advice. Not trying to sell me on anything or con me to doing more what is needed. I received excellent service and advice from one of their service technicians named Miguel. He came in, assessed the situation and let me know what he thought. Not pushy at all, but gave his straight honest opinion. I was so impressed, I hired him right on the spot. Did a great job and fixed everything that needed to be done and cleaned up quickly and efficiently. Would hire him again in a heartbeat. Nowadays, it's so hard to find a descent and honest plumber, it's a relief to know their are still good, honest, working people out there. Ask for Miguel, he'll get the job done right the first time! Thanks again Power Pro Plumbing! You got a customer for life!

Truly a great experience. They came gave me a estimate and had the water heater in the truck ready to go. Miguel E. was the the man. So glad to have the job done in a fast professional way. I would totally recommend them. Very nice company.

It was nice to be able to get someone on the phone and get a status from dispatch, my only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the plumber showed up late by about 2 hours.

Otherwise it was great, we had a valve go out in our shower. Miguel checked it out and gave us a free quote to come in the next day (next day because we needed to pick out a new valve). Even though he was late, he was a wizard when he showed up and had it fixed in no time. Plus he's a nice guy.

This is my first review, but I felt compelled to share my story, as this was ridiculous. Do not bother calling this company, as it will very likely be a waste of your time.

I first called Power Pro Plumbing on a Thursday to schedule an appointment. They confirmed 10 AM for the following Saturday. At 10 AM on Saturday, I received a call saying the technician was in the area. At 11 AM I received a second call saying the technician would be there soon. At 1:30 PM I received a call saying the technician was still in the area, but still busy on another job. I had somewhere to be that afternoon, so I asked to cancel the appointment.

Power Pro Plumbing then asked if I would be available the next day (Sunday) for a rescheduled appointment. I told them if they could make it to my place before 10 AM then I would be available.

At 9:30 AM on Sunday they called to confirm that they were in the area and on the way. At 10:30 AM (already past the deadline I set, as I had to be somewhere), they called to say the technician did not have the parts necessary to complete the service, and that the necessary parts could not be obtained until Monday. The operator did tell me that the service would be $250, which I thought was funny because at this point I knew for certain they would never make it to my place to perform the service. Obviously, at this time I cancelled the appointment again.

What really confuses me is why did Power Pro Plumbers volunteer to reschedule for Sunday only to (i) not make the timing deadline I set, (ii) not show up at all and (iii) not have the correct parts available? I would not trust Power Pro Plumbers to tighten a screw at my place.
