I called Pop's to fix 3 separate things that were lingering problems I have been putting off. I spoke with Dafny and she was very helpful and provided good communication with quick responses. We got most of the stuff worked out by text and then the night before they were supposed to come I changed plans. I wanted to replace some things instead of fixing them. Dafny provided recommendations of quality products and we were able to pick the stuff up and they were at our house fixing it the next day. From the time I first called until the day it was complete only took three business days and that was because I made a last-minute change. They did quality work for a good price.

Great service. I highly recommend them. I called on a Sunday, and Shannon picked up the phone right away and scheduled the work for the next day Monday. Dafny arrived on time Monday morning. He did the work professionally. He answered all the questions that I asked, and provided more information that I needed. Both Shannon and Dafny are very kind. Quick, efficient service. I called on a Sunday to schedule someone to come the next day. The scheduled window was 8am to 10am, and the tech showed up right at 8am. The broken garbage disposal was troublehlshooted until the issue was identified. The tech was able to repair the the issue and all was done in 30 minutes.

After having a plumber who was less than professional and charged me $250 to tell me that he couldn't do anything because my sink was corroded (turns out it wasn't corroded), I found Pop's Family Plumbing. Their reviews were great and they were a local company. I called and they sent out a technician the same day. Dafny was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He replaced the sink parts, was quick and left the work area very clean. I now have a plumber who I can call and trust that they will be honest and treat me with respect.

We had a failed drain pipe in our condo unit, Dafny was very knowledgeable and observant, and caught a very helpful detail that showed our HOA was responsible for the repairs, after them refusing to cover the repairs. I will definitely be calling Pop's if I ever need a plumber to come out!

Our faucet was leaking so bad (like turning on all the time and its valves were so old to turn off the water,couldn't shut it off only in my unit (commercial),had to shut off for the whole building ) so I decided calling them and I was right. I talked with one of the lady I believed her name was Shannon , she was friendly and very attentive, get the estimate after I sent some of the photos, I got set up the service next day which was I highly appreciate them (coz It had to be done super early in the morning)
The technician guy I believe his name was Dafny also awesome, precise and on point, he knew exactly how to quickly fixed and get the job done.
TO BE HONEST , this is the BEST plumbing company I have ever called.

It is my pleasure to leave this review as I am amazed at how easy they made of a bad situation. My mother in law called me and told me she gad a leak and her carpet was wet. I then proceeded to call Pops family plumbing and from the moment they immediately answered my call I was relieved. They then dispatched a plumber to us in mission viejo,ca. the plumber was very professional and explained our options to us in a way that even my mother in law understood. We opted to do a Re-Pipe of the hole house and the job finished ahead of schedule for the price estimated. I did some research and there pricing is very competitive. But most of all the communication, follow thru. And professionalism are a breath of fresh air in these trying times. Thank you Pops Family Plumbing.
