So glad I used Pop's Family Plumbing. Very courteous and professional. Response time was very quick. I accidentally broke the valve on the angle stop- it was replaced quickly for a reasonable price. I will definitely use this business again and let my neighbors know how pleased I am with their service.

Have to give credit where credit is due. Rick was easy to communicate with and flexible in getting my project done on my timeline even though it wasn't a very big project. Eddie came out and did a great job with the project itself and was readily available for follow up after the fact. We'll happily hire these guys again down the line when the need arises. They have done shower work in bathroom, fixed my garbage disposal as well as getting my toilet unclogged. It was clogged with rocks that my kids flushed. I feel all the work was done well and in a timely manner. I have reccomended them to my in laws as well. Definately will continue to be a customer!

Well I recently acquired a property in Mission Viejo. My tenants reached out to me and informed my of a plumbing issue that had come up. Being from out of the area I turned to Yelp to find a plumber in the Mission Viejo area to complete the job. Pop plumbing reached out to me to do the work and I agreed as tenant satisfaction is number 1 concern. When completed the associates at POP charged my credit card for the work completed at $237.58. It came out to be $150 labor and $87.58 parts. Upon further examination of the receipt I basically paid almost $250 to have the what I call the ""guts"" of the toilet flush valve replaced, OMG. So you guys at POP are telling me materials that I find at home depot for about $15 dollars are being billed at $87.58, more than a 400% mark up. Then your telling me a job which takes me about 20 minutes to complete is costing $150 in labor. Excuse me but If I am being charged $450. there best be attached a SBN number on the invoice. However I do show the charges are for legal services yet can't find why on the invoice. Also what is kind of an ethical marketing concern is that POP advertises to serve mission viejo with a 949 area code number however their invoice and charges came from Lake Elsinore. Well let me tell you to cross the Cleveland National forest to your job site via Ortega Highway is probably a stretch to put it slightly that you are in Mission Viejo. Anyway we can sort all this out at the State contracting board at 12501 East Imperial Hwy Suite 620 Norwalk Ca 90650 in front of a mediator and we can see whose legal skills can present more factual evidence in mediation of this matter. I hope you don't mind since you already trek all the way on Ortega Highway to work in Mission Viejo so the hearing is little further up the 5 freeway.

It was great finding Rick at Pops Family Plumbing for replacing my hot water heater. With the variety of high and low prices and stories of local not so honest plumbers I was able to finally find a plumber that I was comfortable with.
It's nice to find someone that takes pride with their craft and that is a straight shooter when giving a price for what you need. I have already given his number to a couple people I know and they her very happy as well.

I must say Shannon and Rick were my last hope of trying to figure out why my Mother's water pressure had fluctuated throughout her house after installing a new sprinkler valve. I had already replaced the water pressure regulator and was still getting low pressure. Shannon said to take a picture of it and within 5 minutes she called back and said it was upside down. lol... But if she hadn't told me it was upside down, I would have spent so much time losing my mind on the University of Youtube trying to figure out this small error on my part. I'm definietly not a plumber but I will contact them for any future needs! Thank you so much! :)

This company gives great service! Right from my initial phone call to my leaky pipe being fixed they were great. Polite and caring, kept me informed when they would be arriving at my house and got my leaky pipe fixed in less than half an hour. I wii definitely call them again.

What great service looks like! Rick and Eddy came to our retail store to repair an emergency plumbing issue for us. They were prompt and very professional. The problem was solved quickly!
