Polis Plumbing installed a hot water dispenser, ro system and circulation pump. I contacted Polis and they responded back the same day. Emil came over the next day to do a walk through and gave a reasonable estimate. I needed a cut out in my counter top and Polis was able to do that as well. On the day of the install, Emil showed up on time, installations were seamless and he cleaned everything up. He went over on how to work all the new devices. Emil noticed one of my faucets was loose and he tightened it. Emil was very responsive and professional. I will be using Polis again for future plumbing needs.

Unbelievable! This guy answered his phone on the second ring, came the same day on time, was incredibly polite and professional, and then fixed what I thought was a broken disposal in under a minute. And then he would not allow me to pay him because it was too short of time! This review is not because I got a free repair, but because he was so genuine and nice and effective. He has all my plumbing business for the future.
