Emil ran a gas line for the dryer. His quote was very reasonable and he did a very professional job of calculating the btu's, installing the line and then doing post work checkup to see all other gas appliances worked properly after the gas was turned on. We've had two encounters with Polis:
1 - We've had issues with our whole-house water softener and filtration system for a while. I called Emil at Polis and he came out for an estimate to fix it. He spent almost an hour making adjustments to the settings and doing tests on the water. In the end, he said everything was working fine, and no charge because he did those little adjustments for free.
2 - We decided to put an RO system under our sink because we still didn't like the taste of our water (Pleasanton water is the worst) even with the whole-house system. Emil recommended a system for us and once it arrived he got it installed in less than two hours.

Great work, friendly service, timely response, and very ethical. Highly recommend!

I had a broken water t-connector inside of the drywall where it connected to one of my sinks in the master bathroom. I called and had Emil to come out to give me an estimate. Emil was very responsive. He responded to my request and text promptly. He didn't only replace the t-connector for me but also install the rest of p-trap for me without extra charge. His quote was reasonable and I was very happy with his work. I'll use Emil for my future plumbing work for my rental property as well as my primary home. Had a problem with our tankless water heater that was installed by another company. Called Emil and he told me how much was needed for an appointment and set a time. Emil was on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. The issue was a simple fix, and he also found some other issues with my water heater that was set up wrong by the other company.
