I called in on a Thursday evening asking if they had a chance to go fix a plumbing leak on the roof, water had to be turned off to minimize damage. i must have called 16 plumbers in that area, no one could get out until next day and our cx was furious. So I called last on the list and it was Poe's. Judie answered and heard me out and understood the urgency of the call. She replied ""all my techs are on a full schedule until tomorrow, but let me make a few calls to the techs and see who is willing to go."" we hung up, and about 10 mins later she called me and stated "" I was able to persuade one of my guys to go lout and fix the leak. "" For this i give them 5 stars, within 1 hour and a half tech was on roof fixing leak. Since it was after hours I was expecting a bill of $500, not even close very reasonable pricing. I was happy with the service and so was thew cx for the fast response. I will recommend Poe's and definitely call next time for any plumbing needs. Thanks Judie and thanks Poe's.

I called for service on Dec 30 2021 for a stuck sump pump. Serviceman performed temporary fix and recommended follow up and that a second pump was advised. O de the course of the next three months and called spoke to a man and a woman about getting this fixed. I received apologies and promises to get back to me. Never happened. I called last week and asked if owner Scott could call me. Nothing back. This place is wholly unreliable. Almost 6 months later and no follow up.

Poe's Plumbing does good work. They happen to be contracted with my home warranty service. They turned down my last three service calls. Maybe they shouldn't contract if they're too busy to take on the work?

We have an awful experience with Poe's Plumbing! Our bathroom faucet has been leaking for several months. Our insurance assigned Poe's Plumbing to fix it. The plumber was in our house second time a month ago and said that it would be fixed in a week. Since then we didn't hear from Poe's Plumbing. I tried to call or write multiple times - nobody answers the phone, no messages are returned. We are completely stacked and the leak is getting worse every day!
This is not a service that anyone expects or deserves!

Our water heater needed to be replaced and we used our home warranty. Our warranty company picked Poe's Plumbing to replace the water heater and they were not responsive to calls or voicemails. I called almost everyday for a week and left voicemails and no one ever called me back. It took several weeks for them to replace the water heater. The water heater they installed is low end. I would not recommend them.

Efraín at Poes Plumbing is great! He went out of his way to help me replace my water heater on a last minute, urgent request. He was fast, courteous, super helpful, very responsive, and professional. Judy the receptionist was very helpful as well. Will definitely call Efraín at Poes Plumbing again for any plumbing issues in the future.

We had a slow draining shower and a toilet that took multiple attempts at flushing to actually flush as well as a bath faucet that would pour water out while showering. Setting up an appointment was straightforward and painless and the plumber they sent out, Efran, was super polite, kind, knowledgeable, and quick at his job. Had all the issues sorted out in around an hour. When he handed my wife and I the bill, we both were surprised by how cheap it all was! I'm so glad to have found a plumbing service I trust and will definitely use again in the future.
