Poe's Plumbing arrived on time (again) and completed a major job in less time than expected. The plumbing job today was predicted to take eight hours -- they completed it in 3.5 hours. Amazing! This is a huge (and old) condominium development with complex and ongoing plumbing challenges. Poe's is spot-on with a perfect repair every time we need them. Their entire staff and operation is professional and top-notch.

Wonderful service! They came out quickly to fix a burst pipe in our kitchen wall. Aaron did a great job immediately recognizing the problem and fixing it efficiently. He made sure everything was watertight before he finished. Then Judie in the office helped us to get together the information we needed to send our HOI. She provided amazing customer service. This is a small company that is big on service and competence! We had a problem with a loss of hot water pressure in our kitchen faucet. After showing us the problem, we agreed that our old faucet needed replacement - which they did at a great price, and with the nicest attitude ever!

These guys are terrific from my point of view...I called them on 12/29/23..Yes in the Holiday Break ..Very prompt and helpful on the phone... I think it was Juliet?? ... We had a water heater replaced by them 2 years previously.......which was terrific too!...... American Home Shield had let us down in an emergency!!!..needless to say we have dumped AHS.
Some of the adjacent piping had sprung leak at a joint with a recirculating pump...I phoned in the morning and they were at my house by 2pm...a pipe had a small split in it, near the pump connection.. the plumber did super job in removing and replacing..brilliant... Thanks everyone at Poe's!!!

Our air gap was shooting out water like a geyser whenever we ran the dishwasher. We called a few plumbers but Poe's plumbing responded right away and came out the same day even though it was not an emergency. The person answering the phone at Poe's Plumbing was amazing and Jesus came and figured out our problem immediately. They charged $110 for labor and few extra dollars for the tubing. I haven't used my dishwasher yet, but all in all it was a positive experience.

A leak in the pipes from upstairs apartment went from a puddle on the floor to being sprayed over the entire room by the plumber sent out by Poe's !!!!!!!!! The plumber made no effort to avoid spraying the entire room with SHIT !!! My electric razor was dripping in SHIT along with everything on the shelves, medicine cabinet, towels. Callous disregard with no common sense. 12:45 at night and he wanted to wipe it off, the shit, from the walls. WHO the FUCK is going to clean this up ?????????????????
