Charles changed our leaking bathtub faucet. He also bought faucets which are hard to find as I prefer gold. At the same time, we had him replace the sink faucet, too. We feel like we have a new bathroom with all the beautiful fixtures. The parts were expensive but I thought his fee was reasonable. Less than I expected.

Charles spent 30 minutes on the phone with us helping to diagnose our water heater. He was so helpful and friendly, after his guidance we didn't even need him to come out. Outstanding service! Professional, hard working and does the job right. I called about replacing a water heater at 9 am and it was fully replaced by 2 pm. Granted, I must have caught them on a good day, but great to have such fast service that is also quality service. Thank you.

What more can I say, except that we are very pleased with the service that we received from Charles of Pocket Plumbing. Believe me, we did our research and decided to contract with Charles. We needed to replace a kitchen sink that was over 30 years old. We were told by reputable plumbers that it couldn't be done, and also that it would cost a huge fortune if we were to have it done.

Charles from Pocket Plumbing not only replaced our outdated kitchen sink, he also didn't break our bank! He is an honest and hard working plumber for a small business. He explained all things in detail and what our problems were and how he would be able to fix our issue.

After he completed our kitchen sink, we contracted with him again to do additional work in our home that also was outdated and needed to be repaired.

So, if you're looking for a plumber, consider Pocket Plumbing for your services! We're extremely satisfied with the work and the professionalism! One last note, we knew we would have to exercise our patience, as plumbers in general are of high demand. It was well worth the wait!

We were charged a lot of money for something that was never fixed properly. Then when we called to have it looked at again, they didn't call us back over the entire Labor Day weekend, and I had to call in again the next Tuesday afternoon, after the long weekend, to have to deal with the front office with a non-apologetic response. Then she said she would talk with the manager and he would get back with us, but I never heard back at all. We ended up having to pay for another plumber who told us the truth about the issue.
Furthermore, we had a very simple job (took less than 15 minutes total) of getting an earring out of the faucet and was charged the same high fee for a repeat customer visit.
However, the owner did take time to call me back on another issue previously, so it wasn't completely a bad experience overall.

Pocket plumbing did an excellent job of installing our new toilets. Took care of all the necessary lines, installed better seal rings, unpacked the new toilets and hauled away the old ones. They were a little late due to complications on the prior job, but finished up and did a very good job. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

They were respectful and wore shoe covers to assure no dirtying of carpeting in the house. All additional parts and work were disclosed prior to any charges. Very reasonable prices for the additional parts and labor.

I almost don't want to leave this review, because Pocket Plumbing is easily the best plumbing company in the region, and if too many people realize they are the best there will be fewer appointment times available. However, not to be selfish, Charles and Pocket Plumbing are the best, period. Charles is amazing when it comes to diagnosing and fixing problems. He is more than talented and professional - he is kind, and goes out of his way to help everyone he works with. If you are lucky enough to get to work with Charles, you will be totally happy with the repair and you will also be glad to have met someone who is both kind and dedicated. I would not trust any plumbing work to anyone else, and I am so glad that Charles and Pocket Plumbing are available. If there were ten stars available they would deserve all of them.
