Charles came to our home on a last minute call after a well known company flaked, and no showed for their 4 hour window. He quickly diagnosed the problem and arranged to solve, not only the immediate problem, but also make some adjustments to our 60+ year old sink plumbing. His prices were very reasonable and he was very easy to work with. With his professionalism, promptness, and affordable prices, we will use and recommend him in the future for any plumbing needs. Charles did an outstanding job diagnosing and fixing our sink. Zajic Appliance had installed a new dishwasher in the morning and in the afternoon we noticed no hot water from the kitchen sink. Zajic came back immediately and said it was due to a broken valve which they had turned on and off to install the dishwasher. Still, they claimed no culpability or responsibility because it was not directly related to the dishwasher, even though the valve broke during their use of it. Highly debatable.
Charles was superb in quickly coming, diagnosing and working to fix the problem. It was so refreshing to have someone as dedicated, skilled and pleasant as Charles. 5 Stars without a question.

Man if it wasn't for Charles this would be one of the worst days. After replacing the shower cartridge I ran into some trouble to where the whole shower piece would fly off. Let's just say if it wasn't for Charles stopping by on his DAY OFF! The day would have been ruined. Thankful for Charles service!!!

I called Charles based on the reviews I saw on Yelp. He came to replace a gasket on a tub overflow valve that was leaking out the floor of a second floor apartment onto the ground below. He was very nice and easy to work with, competent, did a great job, and left the area neat and clean. He shared with me after he finished that he normally stayed very busy in the pocket area and that I was out of his normal work area. But I was glad that he came anyway (at a busy traffic time) to help me with this problem, and said he would help me again now that I've been a client. He said he has gone out of town before to help people with emergency situations. He literally charged me NOTHING for that job because he said he didn't do much! I was truly caught by surprise, since it did take him awhile, and he had gone out of his way and used up more gas than usual on his van. I paid him something, of course, but he wouldn't take much and it was little more than gas money. I called him a second time for another problem and he took good care of that as well and his charge for that job was very reasonable. I highly recommend him. Thanks, Charles.

I noticed that my dog had been barking at something in our backyard. When I went out to look, our clean out pipe was backed up and spilling into our backyard.

I called them in the morning and they were able to get to me within 30 minutes. He accessed the problem and told me a price. He snaked the pipe three to four times and cleared the roots and baby wipes from the pipes.

Charles is very nice, quick to respond, and great at what he does.
