Pocket plumbing did an excellent job of installing our new toilets. Took care of all the necessary lines, installed better seal rings, unpacked the new toilets and hauled away the old ones. They were a little late due to complications on the prior job, but finished up and did a very good job. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

They were respectful and wore shoe covers to assure no dirtying of carpeting in the house. All additional parts and work were disclosed prior to any charges. Very reasonable prices for the additional parts and labor.

I almost don't want to leave this review, because Pocket Plumbing is easily the best plumbing company in the region, and if too many people realize they are the best there will be fewer appointment times available. However, not to be selfish, Charles and Pocket Plumbing are the best, period. Charles is amazing when it comes to diagnosing and fixing problems. He is more than talented and professional - he is kind, and goes out of his way to help everyone he works with. If you are lucky enough to get to work with Charles, you will be totally happy with the repair and you will also be glad to have met someone who is both kind and dedicated. I would not trust any plumbing work to anyone else, and I am so glad that Charles and Pocket Plumbing are available. If there were ten stars available they would deserve all of them.

They gave me an accurate estimate and a next day installation appointment for my water heater. The job was completed as promised and 3 months later there have been no problems. I would gladly use them again!

Pocket Plumbing was great from start to finish. Charles and his whole crew that we dealt with were professional and did quality work.

We had a new sink and garbage disposable put in as well as some bathtub fixtures replaced.

They were very transparent with any additional fixes that you may want to think about taking advantage of at a discounted labor rate while they're there.

We supplied the kitchen sink that was to be put in and upon opening the new sinks box, we all noticed a giant dent in the sink. The crew went out of their way to replace it at the Home Depot about 15minutes away.

It's hard to find quality service these days but Pocket Plumbing hit the mark in every way.

I am livid. I called Pocket Plumbing (based on reviews on Yelp and Nextdoor) to repair leaking pipes under the kitchen sink. A woman answered and let me know it would be over 2 weeks before they would available to come out. I agreed, and an appointment was scheduled with Michael for today at 9:00. He did not show up. I called the office and talked to the same person who had scheduled the appointment. She had not recorded it and it was not entered on their schedule. Just a caution - if you try to schedule with them, insist on speaking to Charles to schedule the appointment. Now I've wasted over 2 weeks with a leak under the sink and have to find another plumber.

David was excellent. You could tell from his work that he knew what he was doing. He installed a sink, a new stove top, dishwasher and garbage disposal all in one day. Additionally if he came up against an issue, as always happens, he was very good about asking us before just doing something. The whole experience was great and I would highly recommend Pocket Plumbing. I know they will be my go to plumber from now on for sure

An entirely positive experience! Quick response from Charles (the owner) via the Yelp quote system. David arrived promptly (with mask) and got right to work. Our kitchen sink is deep with very little clearance behind it for faucet replacement, but it was no problem for him. We also appreciated his positive attitude. Thank you, Charles and David!
