I would give this company 10 stars if I could! Charles answered my 830pm and had someone at the house by 10am despite a backlog in work. Charles was able to repair the leaking water valve and additional leaks immediately and at a reasonable price. Pocket Plumbing will always be my number 1 choice for plumbing needs!! When we found that out hot water heater leaked on Friday, he was at my house tackling the problem first thing Monday morning. He gave me and my wife the straight story on how best to resolve it, giving us all options, patiently answering all questions. He does a clean, no-nonsense job the whole way through.

He will be the first call I make next time I need a plumber. The man not only knows what he's doing, but does can explain it in a way that I can understand, respect and feel comfortable with.

This is a late review but a well deserved one! It was late in the evening with two kids & my plumbing completely had clogged. No running toilets, shower was rising; it was terrible. I was recommended to Charles from Pocket Plumbing. He was under a house when he answered my call and I explained to him my problem. He came right over after he was done.
Charles had his working van with his business name on it and ready to do the job. Throughout the process, he is extremely knowledgeable at his craft and communicates in easy to understand plumbing terms.

He will forever be my first choice and my first recommendation for anyone with plumbing issues.

Charles is an awesome man... We found ourselves with drainage and toilet issues. Tried everything, spent so much money on products and other things. Bottom line, nothing worked. I was pretty worried since it was Sunday that it will be a hassle to find someone to come and fix it but it needs to get fixed right away. With all the positive Yelp review I was reading about I gave it a chance and request a quote. Within minutes I got a no BS reply from Charles, talked with him on the phone and pretty much put my mind at ease regarding the financial aspect and the options that I have. Brandon the guy he sent to my house is pretty awesome as well. We found the clean out right away and the problem was over in mere minutes. Granted its not always an easy fix but I'm glad mine was!!!

Charles is so nice and so professional - I could not recommend him more!! After seeing the amazing Yelp reviews, and talking to my neighbor who hired him to install a new water heater, I gave him a call. I called him on a Saturday because I dropped my nose ring down the sink (I know it sounds silly, but it's actually quite expensive). He was out installing a water heater for someone else and doesn't normally work on Saturdays but said that he could stop buy on his way home, which I thought was very nice. He quoted me a maximum price of $40 when we spoke on the phone. When he arrived at my house it took him all of 5 minutes to get the pipes undone, find my nose ring, clean the hair out of the pipe (talk about above and beyond!!), and put everything back together. To top it all off, he didn't even charge me!!! He said since it was so simple and took such a short amount of time, that he would prefer that I write a review instead! I couldn't believe it. We will definitely be calling him when it's time to replace our water heater!
If you live in the greater Pocket-Greenhaven area, this is the man you need to call!

Charles is the nicest most honest small business guy I've ever met. He came out to check for a possible leak under my house. Once he came out and I explained what happened we discussed what might be the problem. We went together and looked under the house. He then opened our clean out and the city main line. All of this took him about an hour. We agreed that our fears of a leak were unfounded. He then REFUSED to let me pay him! I told him no way, we agreed I would pay him to go under the house before he even got here. He told me he never went under the house so he wasn't going to take my money. I insisted and handed him cash for our agreed upon rate. He said if the problem happened again to give him a call and he will go under the house. Before he left he said, ""You've already paid for me to go under there so if you need me to to that just give me a call"" What a great guy. Came out the same day I called. Did a thorough job of trouble shooting. Charles is my new plumber!
