I had a sewer pipe broken and a clog with roots that backed up my bathrooms and overflowed into floors damaging much of my home. PMC plumbing was recommended and sent out an experienced plumber, Ricardo Vargas, who performed a spectacular job. The job was gruesome but he never gave up . I highly recommend PMC and want to honorably mention Mr. Vargas as the best plumber I've ever had at my home. He's honest, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with.

Very odd experience with this company. They sent someone to repair a leaking pipe in the wall in September of 2020. He instructed me that I needed to have building siding removed to get to the leak. I spent thousands of dollars on that. Then when he came back the leak was in a place that wouldn't have required the removal. ALSO the plumber wasn't wearing a mask, turned out he HAD COVID, and nobody notified me once they became aware. Then they sent the invoice and it was incorrect (referenced the wrong unit). I asked them to correct, and they took OVER NINE MONTHS to get back to me. When they did, they expected payment immediately (even though the invoice was STILL incorrect). I said I needed some time because this work should be covered by my home warranty --- but due to their delay in invoicing, I may have trouble getting it covered. Admittedly, this is taking some time to figure out, but nothing close to their earlier delays. THEY SENT ME A NOTICE OF PENDING COLLECTIONS. The people at this company seem generally nice and seem to mostly know what they're doing, but it is unacceptable to wait so long to invoice, potentially costing me extra money, AND after problems in the service... and then take such an aggressive position.

What a great find! This company are the ultimate in professionalism. i've Had an issue with banging pipes for years. I called for a running toilet, and a broken shower head. i called and Victor answered and sent Jesse right out. I explained to Jesse what needed fixing and he was done in minutes! I also mentioned how the pipes banged and rattled, Jesse went into the attic and strapped down all the pipes, and now no more noise!!! This company was clean, professional and the nicest guys. I would highly recommend PMC

I used this company for the first time today, for some rather complicated plumbing repairs. The plumber was a delightful young man, Jesse Alvarez, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The job was very challenging, but he worked all day, from a little past 9 am to about 5 pm! He did an excellent job in solving all of the plumbing repairs I needed!

I will not hesitate to call on PMC and specifically Jesse Alvarez in the future!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and professionalism from all individuals at this company. The gentleman who originally took my call put my fears at ease when he mentioned that he could have a technician out that same day. I didn't need something that urgent but I appreciated that his strategy was to put me at ease. The technician who came out, named Jeff, was excellent. His professionalism and willingness to answer my questions truly showed that this company value their customers. I also appreciated that he came in wearing covers on his shoes. PMC Plumbing will be my plumbers for all my future plumbing needs.

This company was called to clean out sewer lines that had caused a problem in an adjacent condo unit. It cleaned them out alright, leaving behind, let's just politely call it ""debris."" When called to return to do the clean up, they did not show. I had to let it dry (it looked like dried dog food and sounded like it when you accidently walked on it). I had to sweep it up along half of the garage area and wash the garage down with bleach. Needless to say, our HOA will not be using them again.

I called PMC to install a new kitchen faucet and to service the reverse osmosis water system. Vincent, the technician, arrived in the time frame scheduled and he was very personable and friendly. He installed the faucet and completed the service on the RO system quickly and efficiently. He cleaned the area and made sure there were no leaks before leaving. His appearance was neat and professional with PMC branded shirt and pants. Great job!!

Cesar was always professional and represented his company extremely well. PMC got sent to my unit by my HOA to check on a leak that was affecting the unit below mine. He came twice in order to determine the root cause, and both times he explained to me everything he was doing (bonus: he even put a plastic on his shoes before walking on my hardwood floor). Finally, once he discovered the root cause of the issue, he explained it to me, provided me with an estimate, and gave me time to call them back. Once i called back, Paul was available when I was and did the repair in about 1 hour. He was also as professional, respectful, and communicative as Cesar. PMC Plumbing has gained my trust for future plumbing needs.

PMC was called to fix a leaking bathroom shower, however they had to come three times, didn't buy the proper parts when they replaced the leaking valves and subsequently needed to break out my tile necessitating installing an ugly cover over a new single lever control. I feel I was overcharged for incomplete repairs, and now the new shower valve is leaking. I ended up paying $1,295.00 to fix a leaking faucet. Terrible service.
