This company was called to clean out sewer lines that had caused a problem in an adjacent condo unit. It cleaned them out alright, leaving behind, let's just politely call it ""debris."" When called to return to do the clean up, they did not show. I had to let it dry (it looked like dried dog food and sounded like it when you accidently walked on it). I had to sweep it up along half of the garage area and wash the garage down with bleach. Needless to say, our HOA will not be using them again.

I called PMC to install a new kitchen faucet and to service the reverse osmosis water system. Vincent, the technician, arrived in the time frame scheduled and he was very personable and friendly. He installed the faucet and completed the service on the RO system quickly and efficiently. He cleaned the area and made sure there were no leaks before leaving. His appearance was neat and professional with PMC branded shirt and pants. Great job!!

Cesar was always professional and represented his company extremely well. PMC got sent to my unit by my HOA to check on a leak that was affecting the unit below mine. He came twice in order to determine the root cause, and both times he explained to me everything he was doing (bonus: he even put a plastic on his shoes before walking on my hardwood floor). Finally, once he discovered the root cause of the issue, he explained it to me, provided me with an estimate, and gave me time to call them back. Once i called back, Paul was available when I was and did the repair in about 1 hour. He was also as professional, respectful, and communicative as Cesar. PMC Plumbing has gained my trust for future plumbing needs.

PMC was called to fix a leaking bathroom shower, however they had to come three times, didn't buy the proper parts when they replaced the leaking valves and subsequently needed to break out my tile necessitating installing an ugly cover over a new single lever control. I feel I was overcharged for incomplete repairs, and now the new shower valve is leaking. I ended up paying $1,295.00 to fix a leaking faucet. Terrible service.

Called them to get an estimate for replacing my water heater. Alfred came out and gave me a price of $1902. I said wow that sounds high. The last time I replaced it, from another company, it was $945. Thankfully, I called a different Plumber, it was replaced the next day by a wonderful company for $1050. I do not like being ripped off.

We tried the ""smell good guys"" and found all kinds of wrong. When we had an emergency with a slab leak, PMC was great. After reading Leah's M. Review I was a bit hesitant on calling PMC Plumbing due to her review. So I contacted four other plumbing companies and only one called me back and said they couldn't do the type of work I needed done in my kitchen. So I contacted PMC and they had my sink working that same day in a few hrs. I am so glad I decided to call them. My experience with them was beyond great. Thank You PMC Plumbing Inc!!

I had no choice, because our HOA sent these guys out. I've had a problem every 4 or 5 years, with large hair balls and gunk that can easily be cleaned out from the outside trap, THESE guys have NO idea what they're doing. Said they didn't know where to find the outside trap, so instead want to do all sorts of other things that not only didn't fix this very simple problem, but made it WORSE. As soon as they left, my my neighbor had a problem. Now, two weeks later, they are back out here, still don't know where the outside trap is, and want to charge the association for cleaning vents? Unbelievable. WASTE OF MONEY. I called my own plumber to ask what he thought, and he said these guys are a joke. I'm giving them 2 stars, only because they show up. If it's your OWN money, don't call them. If you are on a Board, don't contract with them.
