This was the worst company I have ever experience in my life they were a waist of my time and cause additional damage to my home by not doing the repair in a timely manner and sending techs to my house not Plummer's and to put the cherry on the cake the have a call center in India they don't know anything your talking about and sounds like a teenager answering phone being coach by an adult. They cause more damage to my toilet and came out twice with no repair or diagnosis second call American home shield was told I need to send them $275.00 for repair because it was a modification not ware and tare 20 year old piping on the toilets was not ware and tare it was broken rusted Lange that needed replace STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY THEY WORK WITH THE WARRANTY COMPANY SO REPAIRS ARE MORE COSTLY!!!!!!!

Came out to my house on 7534 San REM Trail Yucca Valley,CA TO tighten up a leaky hose on the kitchen faucet. Then gave an estimate of over $500 to replace a 18"" water hose going from the faucet to the valve under the sink.

Like many other reviews, I had an awful experience with Robert Clifford and this plumbing company. I doubt these poor reviews affect him because most of his business probably comes from warranty companies. I won't go into very much detail of their work because I think it's abundantly clear from the other reviews that Plymwr Plumbing is unprofessional.

Do not do business with this company!! AHS sent this company to do our repairs but almost everything we needed to be fixed was not covered. I was sent two emails with quotes for the repairs from this company. When I called to ask what it was for, I was told by Hassan that he would have a supervisor call me. I waited almost 2 weeks and no one called me. So I called AHS again and they told me what was happening. They reached out to the pluming company and I agreed to have one of the repairs done which AHS told me was going to be $90 and it was to replace my water pressure regulator. My water pressure was at 110 and I was scared that something was going to burst so I needed it fixed As soon as possible. I still had not head back from Plymwr so I called and spoked to Hassan again and he told me that he sent an email and that someone and they would call me back because I agreed to pay my portion of it. I did get a call from Becky about ten minutes later and she told me that the Insurance was asking for $450 as my portion and not $90. So I told I would call her back because I needed to figure out why I was told one thing and was being charged a different amount. Long story short AHS rep said that the other rep quoted me a wrong price and it would be $450 after talking to Becky.
So I agreed to that dollar amount and I texted Becky and asked her to call me so we could set up an appointment. No call back from her!! So after many tries I called the number again and got Hassan again and he told he there was going to be a charge of $450 and I said ok then he asked me how I was going to pay and I said CC and he said there was going to be a 4 percent charge to use my CC so I asked him to have Becky call me back please and he said ok. I have not heard from them. I am done!! I can't wait until something else goes wrong. I called another company and just paid for it and had it done!!
The communication is awful with this company. Becky told me because they are so busy, they are out sourcing their calls and sent me a text so I can reach her but she did not reply back. I am very disappointed.

Working with American Home Shield.
They sent Plymwr Plumming to fix our problem. Before they came we canceled the call directly with Plymwr. The TEC advised us that we would get back our $100 Svc call charge. That he would call American Home Shield and they would process the refund. Month later we never received our refund. Called American Home Shield 2x's and waited and waited on the line. Their agent had to call Plymwr....unable to get through. I called Plymwr unable to get through. Called the owner unable to get through. Unable to leave a message....mailbox full. Still have not received my refund.

This is a scam company. Do NOT waste your time to have them even give you a quote. Robert the owner is either unqualified, lazy or just a pure liar. He couldn't even figure out where an obvious leak was coming from in our wall where it was caving in. He was sent by our warranty company several times and still couldn't figure it out. We had a general contractor open the wall for him and label the pipes. It's impossible to get a hold of this company, if you do, you'll be routed to India. They DO NOT return calls.

I wish I can give them zero star . We have been dealing with this unprofessional unqualified company for over a month and they are nothing but scam .
We had a pipe leak in the wall . They sent a technician who diagnosed it as AC related and recommended an HVAC technician to come out to the house . The HVAC technician looked at the wall and the attic and he said there are no AC pipes or units within fifteen feet from the wet wall . We called the plumbers back who reluctantly came back to report he can't find a leak without making any effort to look into the issue.
We hired a different contractor who opened the wall up and labelled all the pipes that are leaking and we send the plumber the pictures to embarrass them. I don't even trust them to fix my garden hose.

I don't generally leave reviews despite using Yelp all the time. But I had to leave one for the terrible, awful experience I have had with this company. We were directed to them by our home warranty company for a hot tub that was not working. We confirmed them to come out on two different days, and they no-showed to both appointments, despite promising a time and us being there waiting for them the entire afternoon. No answer when we called repeatedly to find out what was wrong. Hold times exceed 20 minutes and then go straight to voice mail. Finally got them scheduled for a third time, and they came out, but then just told us ""this won't be fixed under the warranty"" and did not give us any further details about what the problem is. If it is not covered, we will just pay for it to be fixed- but they didn't even give us this option. Now it is 3 days after they came out to evaluate the problem, and they still haven't given us a report about what the problem is. Yesterday they said they were ""waiting on the notes"" and would email us by this morning at the latest. Still nothing. Repeated calls and messages go unanswered. We run a vacation rental and use service companies all the time- this one may be the all time worst.

Worst company ever! Do not deal with these people. They lie about the scheduling, making appointments with customers and then don't show up for the job. Now I have to find another plumber causing further delays.
