Hi there, I’m Robert, the head of Plymwr Plumbing. I bring two decades of plumbing expertise to the table. I kicked off my plumbing path during summer breaks in high school. I found that college wasn’t for me. so right after high school, I joined the plumbers' union. I spent 8 years in the union, before my brother and I started our first plumbing venture together. Eight years later, I ventured out on my own. At Plymwr Plumbing, we aim to be the most reliable, honest, and affordable plumbing service in Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

This company has been out to our rental property 3 times and haven't fixed the problem. They happily took our money and never once had a supervisor or manager to return our call. Then when you do speak with someone they arre out of the country and the language barrier is to bad

So ths joke of a plumbing company could not fix a leak from a kitchen sink drain. They were sent out by a home warranty company (AHS, also a joke). They said there were access issues and missing parts. Well I have been a plumber for 35 years (by the way I specialize in water Heaters, and don't work on sink drains). I drove 2.5 hrs to and then 2.5 hrs back home to do 20 minutes of work, $12 in parts. Including the time it took me to run to Home Depot it took 1 hour to fix the leak. Less than 20 minutes actually working on the drain. This is not a plumbing company. They are a bunch of scamers.

After reading the bad reviews, I was skeptical when my home warranty chose Plymwr Plumbing to service our leak request. But ROBERT was fantastic! He was on time, knowledgeable and honest. Found the leak without creating too much wall damage and walked us through next steps. Can't say anything negative about the experience.

This company is a vendor for my home warranty company. They were supposed to call me on Monday to schedule an evaluation for my hot water heater. It was leaking and I had no hot water. I had to call them on Tuesday. They wanted to come right then but I was at work over 1 hr drive away. I tried to schedule for any other day that week. Their first opening was the next Monday. So now I am 1 week with no hot water and a tank that is pouring out water. The tech arrives and starts stating all then items they must send to my home warranty carrier stating codes and everything. I wrote it all down, had them repeat all items to my fiance. Then he left. I immediately started looking up the CA codes for water heaters and printed them. I wrote down the list of all items and took videos and photos and called 2 different plumbers for their estimates. I then called the county to confirm if I needed 3 of the items they want to charge me for because of code.
The city confirmed thatb3 items were not needed for my repair since the water heater is outside my home and not able to damage my foundation, they also confirmed I did not need a new earthquake strap as my current one was better than the minimum required. Finally they confirmed they installed a new water meter for my property near the street with the special safety valve so I did not need another item this companybwasntrying to charge me for.
The home warranty was only willing to.pay them $574.00 for the hot water heater and labor so this company had to come up with several unnecessary items and charge me an additional $935.00 so they could make up the difference and make the job worthwhile for them to do the repair.
Do not use this company. Get 2 other estimates and research CA codes and xall the city. The city will not lie to you this company will.

Got connected with this company through American home shield for our water heater that went out. The technician was kind, customer service team and procedures are horrendous. We have been getting told lies. Now going on 7 days without hot water and 5 days since the technician first came. This is unacceptable. American home shield says the claim is approved and information on where to the plumbing company needs to go to pick up the hot water heater is emailed but plumbing company denies. Meanwhile I'm playing middle man between the AHS and plumbing company trying to make the 2 communicate so my family can get a hot water heater. Hot water heaters are easy to purchase at the store there is no good reason this has to take going on 5 days!!!! I think I'll have to cut my $100 loss for the AHS claim and hire a company that actually treats their clients needs with proactiveness and urgency.
Update: it ended up taking 10 days since the initial claim to get a new hot water heater installed. The installation was not prioritized, they got the heater on Saturday and didn't make time in their schedule until Tuesday to get it installed. It was poor planning by the company since they knew 5 days prior when the tech was at our house that they would need to plan for a water heater install.
In the process I was made to feel like I was leading a privileged life because my family and I are used to having hot water every day and told that it is normal for the process to take that long and usually longer. It was very insulting. Also, the sink got clogged up in the process of the fix and they wouldn't come back to fix it unless I submitted a brand new claim with AHS. I did not have them fix the sink. I hope to never work with this company again. Everyone i interacted with was massively unprofessional and rude.

Terrible customer service!!! No call or replay upon requesting a service work order. Very frustrating experience and you guys should not be in business.

Didn't have good experience! This company was assigned by American home shield for a plumbing issue.

Absolutely the worst communication. They NEVER answer the phone and the voicemail is full. They are good at getting you scheduled via an ""insurance"" claim, but radio silent after that.
They called right away to make the appointment. But they NEVER answered the phone when I called or needed assistance. I need a copy of the work invoice. They never left me one. I want to dispute the denial of my claim.
How do claim that an issue with the guts of a 10-year-old toilet was not due to ""normal wear and tear""? It was obvious the part was worn out. I asked why can't you just replace the part. ""They don't make it anymore, need to replace the toilet"" Ok...replace the toilet, no one broke anything. They either lied or miswrote the reason for the problem.
I'm pretty sure this place only does ""insurance work"", or they would answer their phone.
If they see this and can send me a copy of the invoice, and explain to me how they came up with ""non-normal wear and tear"" I will edit my view. The work was done in San Clemente, a third-floor condo...you know who I am, and you have my number, all you have to do is check your missed calls about 30 total.
Also, via our last phone conversation, you were supposed to bill me, not my tenant.

Robert was awesome and very knowledgeable about the issue the sink/plumbing system had. He was very fast (job was done in under 30 minutes) and informed me on best practices with use of sink/plumbing. Thank you for the service!
