I have an older home in Walnut and there has always been an issue with my old copper pipes leaking in the walls and in the slab. The owner of Plumbwise, Enrique, spent a few days trying to find and fix the leak and did not try to sell me a repipe like other larger companies would.

After consulting with my homeowner's insurance adjuster, I asked him to repipe and to help me with remodeling my bathroom. Him and his crew were clean and very precise in cutting through stucco, wood, and drywall to install new copper pipes and their patch work was superb.

His uncles, Hector and Lalo managed to handle the demo, electrical, tiling, and finish of my bath remodel to my satisfaction thus far at a great price, saving me the headache of finding specific tradesmen.

Enrique's best attributes include his honesty, knowledge of plumbing, and pride in making sure the job gets fixed right. I highly recommend Plumbwise for any plumbing needs and more.

So I had an issue with my toilet, and I called Enrique to get a quote. When he came out he let me know that he could get me the part to fix it. I also mentioned I needed help with my shower, the water pressure had been very low and so he recommended I get a chrome shower handle (I previously had plastic and he said they break more easily). I got the toilet valve and shower head replaced, and he also fixed my drain leakage. Overall, very helpful and if I need the service again I'll be giving him a call!

I called this company to request for a service, provided all the information and was told the plumber would called me back 30 min to 1 hr. When there is no reply after 1.5 hour, I called again and was told the same thing, but I never received a call back.

I hired Plumbwise to unclog a bathroom sink & toilet tank mechanism. They were excellent & very clean in the process of doing the repairs. I had a main drain blockage and Enrique gave me three options. He first used the least expensive option and the blockage was cleared. He then explained the two other options which requires more time and effort that I opted out of. However, I was given the opportunity to use the more expensive options that does a better job of clearing the 4"" main pipe if I was not satisfied and pay only the difference. BTW, Enrique said he would be on-site in an hour and he was true to his word.

We had an emergency blockage and we called PlumbWise. Enrique came by and fixed it right up. Excellent work, at a fair price, and very importantly, courteous and friendly service. We'll definitely be calling them again should any other plumbing problems arise.

Well, I have no complain but have to give two thumbs up to them. Called them around noon and they're able to do a rush service to us here in Eminent Aquarium. Our sewer were stuffed with debris and leaking everywhere and he is able to find out the problem to make a quick fix to it. We do recommend this company to everyone and our friends!
