I started hearing water leaking in our laundry room. I started to panic, and then I remembered that I wrote a review for Enrique years ago. I just needed to find the review that I had written on Yelp regarding plumbers.

It took me a while to find the review, but I was very happy to find it. I contacted his company on a Sunday evening, and he was able to come to my home within 2 and a half hours. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to repair the leaking pipe that evening, but he was able to temporarily stop it from leaking.

On the following day, he replaced and repaired the leaking pipes in the laundry room. Since he was already at the house, I asked him to snake the drain in one of our bathtubs. He also replaced the shower fixture in the bathroom. I honestly do not know what the other plumbing companies would have charged, because Enrique is the only person I contacted. He did such a great job at the lowest price the very first time I used him, and so I am assumed that he'd continue being reasonable.

A friend of mine referred Enrique to me since I had a clog in my shower. I had 3 plumbers come in the past all wasn't able to get the work done. Enrique came and really worked on it and was able to unclog the drain. I would highly recommend him and his price is very reasonable.

Terrible experience! I had a clogged drain issue at my plant and looked online for a plumber and came across Plumbwise. We called them up and within no time Enrique came to take a look at the issue. He gave me a quote right away, and got to work. He worked for a couple hours until we closed and he told me he would have to come back the next day to finish the job. Sure enough, the next day Enrique came to finish the job. Once he finished he handed me a bill for about $1,000 more than he originally quoted me! I asked him why the bill was way higher than the original quote and he explained the additional work he did, but when I asked why he didn't let me know that it was going to be higher, his response was ""I forgot."" I was very upset by this and Enrique left. The next day Enrique showed up asking for his check. Once again I expressed how upset I was and he told me that he felt very bad about the poor communication and that he was going to give me a free drain cleaning to compensate as long as it was within 6 months. Today marks a month that I have been trying to get Enrique to clean my drains and he continues to ignore me. He has showed up twice to do the cleaning and both times he left within 10 minutes of arriving. He jumps into his van without saying anything and leaves, and then calls my secretary and blames it on a personal issue/emergency. At this point I am beyond fed up with how unprofessional and unreliable Enrique has been. It's funny how when a check is involved Enrique is at my door bright and early, but when I need the ""free"" drain cleaning he promised me, he goes missing. Be careful everyone.

I had a situation where I came home from work at midnight and my son had tripped over a sprinkler valve and broke it off. The water was gushing out and had completely flooded the backyard.

After calling so called 24/7 emergency plumbers the first 7 did not answer the phone. This was the only company that answered.

A tech named Enrique called me back with a quote.

After realizing i could not afford the quote he suggested I call the city water company and contact the emergency line they have.

I did so and after 10 mins got a call and a city employee called me and came to shut off the water (Free of charge).

The ordeal was over at 2:00 am but just wanted to thank this company and Enrique for really getting me out of a bind.

Will use this service in the future if I need it. This showed me that this company and its techs are good people.

Enrique was a few min early for each appointment, He very courteous, amazing knowledge about my concern and related topics, as new new resident to California and it's poor quality of water from calcium chloride from filtration(vs East Coast where this is not a problem) and went our of his way to get parts that he needed after the diagnosis of my concern. Old faucets, hoses and valves were replaced. New faucets, hoses and valves installed with a terrific 2 year warranty. They also make emergency calls 24/7. I will call this company again

Enrique does great work. I had another plumber that was here and unable to unblock my main line. So I hopped on yelp and found Enrique. Let me tell you that was a great a choice. He knew exactly what was going on and able to open up my main line to finally get everything working. Don't hesitate to do business with him.

Had an emergency on the worst possible weekend, when most of the offices are on holiday. Just my luck right! Our pipe burst at the front lawn and my shut off valve doesn't work. Had no water for half a day. Good thing Plumbwise is open 24/7. Called at 6:30am and got an actual person. He was here on time and was able to diagnose and fix my problem. He was friendly and courteous. Price was fair. Definitelg going to my emergency contacts for future plumbing problems.
