Called on a Sunday with a plumbing Emergancy, they were able to come out within 2 hrs. They were very professional and priced reasonable.. will definitely use them again.. I highly recommend them!

Answering service leaves a lot to be desired, but Enrique does excellent work at a fair price. He is careful to protect your property and takes his time to get the job done right. I would definitely use again. in fact we already scheduled some more services.

Master Technician Enrigue Quintero Jr. was on call Sunday morning. Man, how luck did I get that he was. Called the main line at 8 am after what I thought was being flushed down the toilet decided to come out of the shower instead. I spoke to dispatch who said someone would contact me with in the hour. Enrique called me back less than 10 minutes later, we chatted and he answered about 20 of my questions before I finally agreed to have him come out. Arrived on time and went straight to work. It was 95+ out but that didn't stop him. He broke a couple blades, but that didn't stop him. He got stuck, but that didn't stop him. After he cleared the line he threw the camera down to find the root (pun intended) of the problem. I would not hesitate to call PlumbWise in the future!

I called and explained my toilet problem, they quoted a fair price for my plumbing issue, scheduled the ""same day"" appointment and arrived on time. Enrique was respectful of my home, wearing shoe covers on the carpet and laying out plastic sheeting. He worked consistently and completed the job quickly; and the quoted price remained the same. One of our pipes outside suddenly burst at 9:30 at night. We had to turn off all water to the house. Luckily, Enrique came and quickly assessed the problem, fixing it in 15-20 minutes. He was extremely courteous and patient in explaining the problem for us. We would definitely refer PlumbWise and Enrique to any of our family members or friends. The only downside was the wait time, but it was within the estimated timeline.

Diagnosed a mystery leak and recommended I take care of it through insurance. He stayed in touch through out the entire process - always trying to return calls/texts as soon as possible in between jobs.

When there was ready access to the issue, he came over as soon as possible and fixed it fast! As fast as the repair was, it was very obvious that he was taking his time to make sure the job was done right. No upsells or charges. I even get a year's warranty on the work.

This worked out in my favor. I needed some one on a Sunday and Plumbwise was one of few that could accomodate me. I'm so glad I called.
