We called Plumbtree to fix some leaking faucets because of their great reviews. We were impressed with the ease of setting up appointments on their website. We like that they provide notifications when the plumber is on the way, along with a picture of the person coming to do the work. Mario came out to inspect the faucets and determine the correct parts. He gave us several options with estimates for each. He and his coworker did a thorough job. The faucets don't leak and operate more smoothly than before. They cleaned up completely. Payment was easy and secure with their online payment portal.

A couple of weeks later, the water pressure in our house started acting up, so we called Plumbtree again. The phone service is quick, responsive and friendly. This time, Anthony came. Anthony is a very personable and professional plumber. He determined that the pressure regulator needed to be replaced. He got a new one and come back to install it in just a few minutes. The replacement was a little more complicated because the previous plumber had not left enough room to insert a new regulator. Anthony figured out a good solution that just took a few extra minutes and got the device installed. I was impressed with his problem-solving and that he kept me informed at each step what he was doing, why and how. The new installation works great.

We are happy to have found a plumbing company that is responsive, does quality work and is well-run. We'll call Plumbtree for any future plumbing jobs.

Scheduling was easy. Scheduled online on Sunday; picked a slot Monday afternoon. Like clockwork, Anthony M. showed up Monday afternoon, looked at the kitchen sink, gave an estimate and went to work to clear the clogged drain. An hour later, the clog was gone and the drain was flowing fast. I had already tried to unclog the drain myself, and I had exhausted the length of my 25' snake. Anthony pushed through about 50' and made sure to break up the clog. Thanks Anthony & Plumbtee.

He took his time and was careful when working on my project. He even went so far as to go to Home Depot to pick up parts. Today he brought a colleague, Austin Hammonds, to help with my dishwasher installation. Both men were amazing, and I can't say enough about this company. When my sister had a major plumbing issue I told her about Plumbtree and she was equally enthusiastic! Hire Plumbtree for all of your plumbing projects!

We called Plumbtree on Friday and they set an appointment for Saturday with a two hour window for arrival. Whilliam and David arrived right on time. We had a toilet that was seeping water around the base. They evaluated the problem and provided a firm estimate of the cost of the work. They were done within an hour and I was able to pay with my credit card on the spot. I can't recommend Plumbtree higher and David and Whilliam specifically. Great job.

My main sewer line was blocked. The toilets and showers wouldn't drain. Plumbtree called me back immediately. Anthony arrived 30 minutes later. He was very kind and assured me he could find and fix the problem. This was in the evening when a lot of businesses are closed so I was relieved to have such fast service. Anthony was patient and polite. He fixed the blockage and thoroughly sanitized the floors after he finished the repair. He was knowledgable and efficient. I will use Plumbtree again for my plumbing.

Our toilet was leaking and I found Plumbtree on yelp with great reviews. I called and they were able to schedule an appointment same day (Saturday). The technician, William, was super kind, respectful, communicative, and patient. We had a surprise once he got started, but my husband quickly went to Home Depot to grab a new toilet. I was pleasantly surprised we weren't charged more than originally quoted despite the extra time it took to fix. He finished around 5:45pm...late on a Saturday. He worked extra hard putting on and taking off shoe protectors every time he entered and exited our house. It was also nice being able to pay on the spot via credit card instead of waiting for an invoice and paying later. Thumbs up!
