Excellent plumbing service! Fast and responsive, and they strive to get you back up and running in the fastest and most cost-effective manner possible. We had Bruce, David and Mario....all fantastic and very knowledgeable. From detecting the leak to carrying out the repairs, their team jumps into action to take care of you. We are confident that we are great hands and that we will be completely satisfied with their service. Definitely 5 stars!

Late post - excellent experience, people, and quality of work!
I reached out to Plumbtree after a referral from a close friend and I had a great experience with everyone from their team.
What started out as a fix for a leak in the tub, evolved into a major update after discovering more leaks, corrosion, and outdated plumbing patch work. It was time to fix the unseen leaks and problems with the original pipes that were about 63 years old.
The repairs/updates were to the pipes and drainage system running underneath the house, and up to each of the fixtures: tub/shower combo, two toilets, a shower, and two bathroom sinks.
I had a slow leak in my shower, then we had leaking and corrosion in the drainage and both toilets had to be reset to raise the flanges.
My Project was completed within a 3-week span of time from the first call to the last. This also included a few extra days it took me to decide on funding the project and repairs to an incidental leak over Memorial Day weekend that occurred at my meter.
Along the way I had an opportunity to work with 7 different members of their team including Glenn the owner. I mostly worked with Anthony and Glenn for quoting, and Aaron, Ernie, and Jose for the project. Everyone was so knowledgeable, and a delight to work with and have in my home. Aaron and Ernie are such skilled and competent professionals. One additional mention needs to be made to their drywall contractor. Because the walls had to be opened in two places, I used Plubtree's 3rd party contractor (whose price was included in my bill with Plubtree). The work was clean, and he matched the texture in the hall perfectly.
Timeliness/cleanliness: their notification system will always send you a text before anyone arrives. If they are ever delayed or need to change schedules/technicians, dispatch will call so it is never unclear if anyone is going to show up. Before the heavy lifting of removing the old pipes, protective floor covering was laid to avoid damage, otherwise booties were always worn. I also took note of the care Ernie, Jose, and Aaron gave to keeping clean, wiping up water, dirt, and debris along the way. I really appreciate their cleanliness and attention to detail!
Overall, Plubtree is a quality company, with caring professionals, who are very reliable and ethical.

We are so happy we found Plumbtree Plumbing. We would give them 100 out of 10 stars if possible. Plumbtree is extremely professional and all the workers who we have interacted with are great people. They email and text you who is arriving to the appointment along with their picture(s)!
We had our inspection July 9, 2024 with Ernie and Matt. They wore shoe covers and offered to wear masks if we wanted them to (so courteous!). Ernie got started looking at our 34 year old toilets and made suggestions on what needed to be redone so they worked properly. We also asked to replace two faucets and a tub spout. Ernie and Matt gave great advice, gave a great estimate with discounts included since it was such a big job. Check their website for coupons!
Glen, the owner, called us to make sure we understood the pricing when my embarrassing dad called them to complain about the installation. Glen broke down the pricing and explained that the the toilets, installation, and old toilet removal were all included.
Our big installation day was July 11, 2024. Ethan, Glen, the owner's son, and David helped install our new toilets and fixtures. Big props to them because it was a long and HOT day! We tried to keep them cool with the AC and fans blowing. Ethan laid down plastic coverings, bagged the toilets, and used a wet/dry vacuum so no water or sewage touched the house. As they removed and installed the new toilets, Ethan explained to us the issues with our old toilets and the shoddy work that the subcontractors did when installing them. He answered all of our questions with easy to understand information. There was no hesitancy or ""I don't knows"" like what we get from regular handymen.
When David replaced the kitchen faucet, he recommended we get a new dual valve installed, something that our handyman never considered to make turning off the water easier. He noticed some leaking valves that our handyman didn't tell us about as well.
Before leaving, Ethan reminded us that Plumbtree's work comes with a 1 year warranty, so if there are any problems, they will come back. We ended up calling them back for a July 16 appointment when the tub spout was leaking water due to not enough sealant. Nahun came to fix that small issue and was on his way.
Overall, we recommend Plumbtree for any plumbing needs. A handyman may be cheaper, but if it's a big job and if you want the job done right, definitely call Plumbtree.
Shoutout to Hannah for being a cheerful receptionist and if you ever have Ernie working a big job for you, treat him to a matcha tea (no boba) or Vietnamese coffee!

We were happy with the work done by Plumbtree. We were able to get an appointment for the very next day. Both the person who did the diagnosis/quote and the person who did the work were courteous, efficient, and professional. The problem was fixed the first time. They showed up on time and cleaned up well afterwards.

Unfortunately a contractor at my house accidentally pierced the water line for my shower. After we shut off the water, Plumbtree Plumbing was able to be there the very next morning.
Anthony showed up right at the beginning of the window!! He was super courteous, friendly, and supportive of my situation. His estimate was quick and he made it clear what he was going to do. The price was very reasonable and no hidden fees.
Anthony's time estimate was spot on and he completed the job (with David's assistance) within 30 minutes.
I can't tell you how much I appreciated Anthony today. When i run into plumbing issues in the future, I'm only going to call Plumbtree (asking for Anthony).

I was doing work on my sprinklers and needed to shut off the main water valve to the house. When I turned it back on there was no longer pressure to the house. In a panic I called Plumbtree Plumbing for emergency service. While on the phone I managed to unstick the valve and recovered my house water pressure. The valve was however starting to leak. Anthony, the plumber who arrived, quickly diagnosed the leak as a loose nut and tightened it securely. He even took the time to explain the type of valve and its lifespan, offering a replacement recommendation but assuring me the current one was still functional. This wasn't just a service call, it felt like getting help from a trustworthy neighbor. If you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and helpful plumber, look no further than Plumbtree Plumbing

Highly recommended company that responded quickly to our clogged main drain. Anthony isolated the issue quickly and gave good advice on this and other potential items to think about in regards to drains and other plumbing. Great friendly service that went above and beyond by also contacting the City's sewer department for me, to request their services.

I needed someone to come and fix a clogged toilet in my home. When I called Plumbtree I spoke with a friendly and helpful dispatcher. She was able to get a plumber to my house within a couple of hours. Once the plumbers arrived they were helpful and competent. Aaron explained the costs and was able to resolve the problem quickly and professionally. He and his partner were also very nice. I highly recommend Plumtree Plumming and will use them again. Highly recommend.

We initially reached out to this company with many good reviews, but unfortunately our experience was not that pleasant. We had water dripping from our main valve, and while we did think we might need to replace it, the estimate Mario gave was wayyy more than we thought. When we said we wanted to get a second opinion from other plumbers, he charged us $40 trip fee anyway. Just one glance at the valve from our frontyard and that cost us $40. Well, who am I to say if you want to charge your customers $40 for a simple estimate that can easily be done by receiving photos like many other companies do on Yelp? (and majority of them also provide Free on-site estimation..) But speaking to a plumber for less than 5 minutes and $40 seems a bit too much!
+ The owner Glenn reached out to us right away and apologized for their mistake in the original estimation price (which then fell into the price range other plumbers gave us), and also refunded the $40 trip fee. Although I appreciate his gesture to make things right, I still think things should've been handled properly/reasonably from the first place. Services like these don't come with price tags on them so I might have ended up paying way more than I should.

Back again at the Milpitas rental which is a concrete slab home, there's a failed drain pipe in the slab. It clogged and neither the kitchen sink nor the bathroom sink would drain. Without asking, my tenant called an un-named plumber that are ""pro's and wear capes"" that fly in to the rescue. After 10 minutes, they said ""The snake came back with mud on it. You have a failed pipe. We have to do major construction to replace the pipe in the slab and it will cost $HEART-ATTACK-PRICE"". I gave them money for their diagnostic time, and off they flew.
I had Plumbtree take a look, thinking at least they could at least give me a price lower than a new economy car. Francisco showed up. He was courteous, well spoken and had a solid handshake. At first I framed the job as replacing the failed pipe, them laying the drain and other options for repairing the slab. Francisco worked through all the options, but insisted he take a crack at fixing it. It took a long while, but he cleared the drain.
I know I bought time. At some point in the future, the slab plumbing needs to be redone. I'll start saving for it, and when it's time, I'll have Plumbtree do the work. Thanks so much Francisco!
