Excellent service, plumbers, company. We had a ever-faster-leaking toilet that was 15 years old, definitely needing replacement. Plumbtree came and gave us a quote. Good quote, significantly less expensive than the other toilet we recently had replaced by another plumber. We had Plumbtree replace the toilet. Everything about the quote and replacement was efficient and professional. Excellent service, fast, excellent new toilet. I highly recommend Plumbtree.

First of all, we hired Plumbtree in the past and we're pleased with the quality of the work; this time around for repair of the pressure regulator in front of the house we opted to receive an estimate from another plumber because Plumbtree's cost estimate seemed very high. As it turned out, the other estimate for the same work was significantly lower. The lesson here is that you should try to get more than one estimate to ensure that you're getting the best value for the money. We find that the pricing mechanism used by some of these larger companies seems to produce higher cost estimates, perhaps because of the overhead costs that are incorporated into the estimates or also because some additional but maybe unnecessary work is included.

First class company and plumbers. I had request Plumbtree to give a quote for removing a waterline and addressing a pressure concern. Anthony was able to diagnose the pressure issue quickly and discovered a leak in the kitchen drain plumbing. I received a quote for the repairs the same day and scheduled the work to be completed 3 days later.

The communication with Plumbtree was excellent and I really appreciated Glenn stopping in to check on the progress and reviewing some additional future project opportunities. Work was completed efficiently and payment was easily made online. I was invoiced the quoted amount for the work with no additional charges. Top notch service all the way around. I really wish all trades were this transparent and easy to work with.

Made an appointment last night for an appointment between 9-11 this morning. 10:30 rolls around and still no call to confirm that they're on the way. Called the office and q
was informed that the guys are on an "" emergency call"" and don't know how long it will take. I understand that these things happen but a courtesy call would've been nice so that I'm not waiting around all day or worse, they end up cancelling on me. The lady on the phone didn't seem to understand that my time is valuable too. So disappointing!
