These guys came over to take care and install a pressure regulator for the water.They did a good job,neat,polite,professional! The next day the guy came out to recheck the pressure to make sure all was good! The two technicians names are Anthony and Austin! Will recommend these guys as they represent Plumbtree Plumming! This is a wonderful company - completely professional and responsive. Hannah the receptionist was terrific and Axel was a delight to work with in figuring out solutions to our many plumbing issues. Axel, with his assistant, Jason, completed the work efficiently and effectively. Their process is organized and professional, going through each item and getting everything fixed or upgraded the way we needed it to happen. HIGHLY recommend these folks!

Awesome service and we are a hundred percent satisfied with the service provided by Mr. Anthony from Plumbtree Plumbing. We had issues with leaky valves and also couple other problems which he tackled professionally. On the other hand, we also gained some plumbing related knowledge and was offered some tips in regards to it. The service call charge was only $40 and it was applied towards to job if we decide to move with them in which we did. Overall i would highly recommend PP&R to those whom are looking for a good plumbing service.

Anthony is excellent at what he does. He is a great communicator and very skilled. He did what our first plumber could not do. Our sewer line was backed up and Anthony was able to snake through our clean out and get the roots out. I'm very thankful for Anthony as we have a newborn in the house and could not use the water for a few days. I highly reccomend and they will be my go to plumber from now on. Plumbtree answered my call late on a Sunday afternoon and arrived exactly on time for my appointment the next morning for a small leak (that was not an emergency). While they were here they made helpful suggestions and were able to take care of a short list of issues throughout the house. They were super courteous, friendly, and happy to accommodate wearing a mask in my home. They took care of everything on the spot and in many cases made small tweaks to improve functionality even more than a ""like for like"" replacement. (For example, we had a spigot outside that was leaking, and not only did they fix it but they reoriented it so that it was much easier to access!) Would highly recommend!

Great experience with them today. I got someone right away when I called and she scheduled an appointment for the same afternoon. It's a $40 trip charge, but I've seen much higher. And if they do a repair, the $40 is applied to that. They said they would come between 2:00 and 4:00 and they did. They said they would text before anyone came and that happened. Super smooth. Anthony and Thomas were super nice. They were able to figure out the problem and it only cost me $40. I will for sure use these guys again.

We had a master toilet that took 3-4 flushes to flush completely and in a drought especially, this was unacceptable. Plumbtree's dispatch was able to fit me in same day and Anthony Morin & partner responded promptly. Anthony explained that after so many years, the hard water buildup had clogged the flushing system and suggested installing a new toilet. He checked to make sure there were no stoppages in the sewer line with a snake camera. Anthony got a new toilet to fit our very small space bathroom and re-installed our bidet which ended up malfunctioning for the same reason, so he came back to reinstall the new one with no extra charge. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, professional and cleaned up after himself each time. We will definitely use Plumbtree again (and request Anthony) for our next plumbing project.

Can't say enough about how impressed I am with these guys. Our house had a particularly stubborn clog somewhere in our long kitchen drain pipe, and they had to work over two separate days to deal with it. I was looking at a potentially very expensive and disruptive installation of a new drain line if the blockage couldn't be cleared, so I was very (very!) happy that they kept at it until it was fixed. Remarkably, they charged me the same amount as they originally quoted for the job despite the additional hours they had to put in. They also carefully cleaned up after themselves.

This is an honest, hardworking plumbing company that deserves your business. Good people all around, including Hannah, the dispatch lady, who kept me apprised of arrival times via texts and phone calls.

Look no further if you have a plumbing problem - these guys are the best!

Had toilet overflowed multiple times. Call a separate plumber a month back and it seems like the problem was not fixed. Call Plumbtree on a Sunday night, Alice to the call and setup the appointment for the next day. She was very helpful. The next day Anthony came out, did a thorough inspection and found the issue. Fixed it in less than 30 mins. He was very professional and gave detail explanations. I am very satisfied with the work. Will definitely use them again.
