Plumbtree took full responsibility when the repair they did on my toilet resulted in a damaged wall and poor quality caulking around the toilet. They came out and repaired the damaged wall and redid the caulking. They also refunded the money I paid for the initial repair. We had a washer issue with water backing out of the drain hose after we installed a new LG washer. Anthony and William came over and were professional and courteous in explaining the issue (too much water flowing into drain) and the options available: cleaning the drain (option 1) and if that doesn't work, installing new drain pipe (option 2). After cleaning the drain, they were not sure if that fixed the issue. I wanted to try it out for a couple of wash cycles. I did that and it looks like the drain cleaning has helped fix the problem.

Only small quibble about the service: I felt a slight eagerness to sell me on the higher priced drain replacement option. But when I told them I wanted to try it out for a couple of days and offered to pay for the drain cleaning service right away, Anthony made up for it by letting me know I can hold off on making a payment and take a few days to test it out and then decide on best course of action.

We called Plumbtree for two separate issues-our bathroom sink was backing up, and a washing machine pipe was leaking. The bathroom was an easy fix with snaking it out. The washing machine had to have a pipe cut and replaced, but the technician was in and out in under two hours. That was last week, and so far, so good. No backups, and no leaking in the laundry area. We will definitely call them again when the next problem arises!
