The entire team from Plumbtree Plumbing was very professional.
I called at 10:45am and they were onsite at 2:45pm on a Saturday.
Drain clean out completed within 60 minutes.
The tech who came to my house was professional, mature and was very thorough.
Will use them again and would highly recommend them for any emergency cleanup / drain situation.

When I called Plumbtree Plumbing, they were quick to set me with an appointment the next morning and the woman answering phone was so nice.

The next day, the plumber ran a little late but the woman I spoke to night before let me know way ahead of time, which I liked ( wish I remembered her name). Before the plumber came she called me to notify me. I love that they kept me on track with every step of the process. Right before the plumber showed up they sent me his picture and a short summary about him. That right away eased my anxiety and made me feel safe. When Anthony got here he was really polite and assessed the situation in a timely manner. He was honest and let me know that because of where the problem was the city may be able to help me for free but he couldn't guarantee . Given the situation and the comfort and ease I felt with Anthony and company I chose to go with them. And he got the job done in no time. He was respectful and seemed down to earth. I would definitely call this company again for any plumbing needs.

I just had my first experience with Plumbtree. I visited the company website, scheduled an appointment, and had a visit from one of their specialists, Anthony, within hours of making the appointment. He was knowledgeable, professional, and communicated extremely well. I had a quote within ten minutes and the job was completed a half-hour later. I'll be inviting them back in a few months to replace all of my shut-off valves, given that the 40-year-old valves I have throughout the house have already started to show signs of leaking. Since living in San Jose, I've been fortunate to find several vendors that I trust, and this company is one of them. I recommend them highly, and as I said above, plan on using them for all of my plumbing needs moving forward.

Lost a retainer, found a plumber! My kid's retainer got flushed down the toilet, and we couldn't retrieve it -- we considered the appliance a lost cause, but we worried it would harm the plumbing, so we went in search of a plumber/rooter, and Plumbtree was able to offer us someone the very next morning. Thomas showed up on time, was friendly, courteous, and professional, diagnosed our issue quickly, and gave good advice for what to look out for in the future. We're very glad there was no real issue today, and the silver lining is that we know who to call if we need someone again!
