Plumbtree Plumbing came out on a Sunday morning to deal with a water main break, and Anthony did a great job handling the problem -- figuring out where the break was and repairing it, even in the rain, over several hours. He was knowledgeable, informative, polite, and helpful and solved the problem. The scheduling and billing processes were extremely efficient - and reasonable. I will use Plumbtree again.

Total house plumbing was backing up, These guys worked long hours as several ways were tried to unblock the sewer. In the end they had to install a clean out exterior to the house and then the problem was resolved.
I think the value was good but in this case I did not do comparative shopping.

What I appreciate about this business is their great and consistent service delivery. Very communicative throughout, easy to schedule and the plumbers who perform the work onsite wear booties and overall take precautions maintain clean access.

Had a toilet recently installed by Whilliam Mercado. Whilliam was very detailed in his assessment giving a quote, explaining the work performed and scheduling flexibility.

For future plumbing work I will use Plumbtree again and I will gladly recommend Plumbtree to friends.

We have a house with very old pipes and we got a new toilet. However a previous plumber installed it incorrectly and it was leaking immediately.
When we called Plumbtree, Anthony came over and immediately inspected what we needed to do to make the infrastructure perfect (getting a new flange). Before any work was done, Anthony provided a detailed estimate.

Ernie and Aaron did a great job with the flange and also installing new pipes. I really appreciated the careful attention to detail as Ernie explained to me exactly what was going on. Since it was upstairs we also needed to get the drywall patched where Mike did a great job quickly patching it up. Overall, I had a great experience working with Plumbtree. The customer service, responsiveness is top notch.

Great service by William today. He capped off the gas line of our range as we are replacing it with an electric one. He made sure there were no leaks and cleaned up the job site.
