I wrote a review about a month ago about my buyers remorse, saying that it was plumb dumb to choose this outfit. I did not call anyone dumb, even though the reply stated that I did. In addition, the most inexpensive quote was still expensive at $225. As it turned out the repaired drain now has some unsightly caulking material around it on the surface which, unlike the original drain on the other side of the double sink, is well beyond the borders. Not a very good job. Finally, I did not ask for money back, but the responder said he would deliver a check, then left a message saying he would credit my card, but did neither. That's just to set the record straight. I've already written this off as a bad experience and a word to the wise.

Reached out to PlumbSmart for repairs to a leak under the sink in the bathroom. They provided a few interesting options, I chose one and they got it done, no problems. Martin did a good, clean swift job. Really appreciated him coming in and just getting it done right.

They had everything I was hoping for in a plumbing company. They were honest, even informed us that we were in the right track with our theory of the fixing the water heater. They didn't charge for the first visit and they were straight forward with the pricing, I don't know how their rates compare but they told me the options and explained which ones were the best values. Also came out the next day after I scheduled on time. I was very impressed and if I ever come across a job I can't do myself, I'll be back.

Albert arrived on time and was very courteous. He provided a fair price before he started the projects. He installed 2 fixtures, one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom and a garbage disposal. He cleaned up after himself and did an excellent job. I would trust PlumbSmart to perform any plumbing project in my home. Great communication and good people.

Great service, expedient, competent. I had a slow water leak in hot water tank; Cody, owner, came out to my property, assessed the situation and gave different price options regarding a fix. He even tested water hardness and chlorine levels: thorough and fair overall. Prices were reasonable: a little higher than others but was able to get service done the very same day (and I got a discount for mentioning yelp).

incredibly honest and quality service. I thought I needed two new water valves to connect my new washing machine because water was still flowing through the hoses even when the cut off was shut off. They easily could have told me I needed that quite costly work done, but instead, they did some quick tinkering and then hooked up and connected my new appliance for me and then didn't charge me for the service call. I will eventually need new valves, but it wasn't necessary today and I was left with an estimate for the work when I'm ready to do it. It's hard to find that level of kindness and honesty. I won't call any other plumbing service from now on!

Cody from PlumbSmart was a life saver. He was at our house the morning I requested and had a answer for us within minutes. He gave great advice as to how to best fix our plumbing problems and did a great job. He was more concerned about taking care of me and my family than he was about pulling every penny out of me or up-charging me for unnecessary work. Cody is the kind of tradesman we all hope to find when in a pinch. He'll be the first plumber me or my realtor call next time!
