My water heater went out last week and I needed some help quickly. I called my existing plumber (large company in SA) to diagnose the problem but was always nervous they were going to try to sell me something or recommend a replacement when a repair would also work. Also, I was tired of haggling with them to price match with competitors and never knowing if I was getting ripped off or not.

I started looking for another plumber on google and Yelp and called 5 of them to get quotes, to test their response times, and to ask about the preventative maintenance. Long story short, the last one I called was PlumbSmart and the rest was history! Their 5-star reviews gave me a first great impression, and then it was smooth sailing from start to finish! Their answering service got me in touch with one of the owners, Cody, that returned my call quickly, and gave me some friendly and candid advice and perspective. I am extremely happy with their work and they put in a pan which actually drains to the outside now, which was not there before (water damage risk).

i live in New Braunfels and had a water softener burst in the evening and flood my entire garage along with boxes of very special belongings. i turned off the water valve which cut off all water in my house. I called these guys some time after 5 am the next day once I saw they were 24 hours. I got a call back from the owner who walked me through potential scenarios and even though they were slammed with appointment they made me a priority since I had no water. several hours later I met my plumber who immediately fixed the water into my house issue and after thoroughly searching around discoverEd that my water pressure was set dangerously higher than the norm. he came back the next day and installed a meter and stabilized the pressure. my plumber Mike was extremely polite and helpful and as a single woman that at is very important to me. I would highly recommend these guys any time.

Installation is complete and everything is amazing! It looks like it's always belonged here. Justin is awesome and really helped my wife and I feel at ease. Taught us how everything worked and was willing to take it slowly step by step to make sure we got everything. Can't say enough about this company! Will be a customer for years to come!

Great company!! Highly recommend this company. They did an amazing job on hooking up our water softener and then recommended a dry wall company that came out and did the drywall. Justin our plumber was great. I'm think they were done like in less then 3 hours.

We are keeping this info in case we ever have any plumbing needs. They are great!
