These guys are horribly over-priced. They did get out there to service very quickly. I just has an issue with a small pipe that needed to be replaced outside and an issue with my toilet leaking. There was also an issue with one of my faucets. They said they could fix the pipe for $550, and the toilet for $165, but couldn't do anything with the faucet because ""faucets are dicey"". Um, you're a plumber buddy, faucets is up your alley. Anyway, after that wild quote, I asked him how much of that was parts, his answer ""I don't know we don't keep track of that"". Definitely a lie, but if he were to tell me how much was parts, I would know I was getting billed at the rate of about $400+ an hour. I was like, OK, well that's a pretty wildly high price, can you do any better. To which he said, yes, and dropped it to $500 and $130. Anyway, long and the short of it is, I had another plumber come over and check it out and he was able to fix the whole thing for $175. These guys are a scam, they prey on people who don't know what things cost, run and hide from them.

Update: I added the photos of the quotes for proof since the owner says it must be the wrong company...LOL.

Our family has used Plumbsmart for many years. My brother has rental properties and they have always been honest, fairly priced and do the job correctly the 1st time. They just replaced our hot water heater and Jeremy was our plumber. He did a great job and we highly reccomend this local company!

In hindsight, had we simply visited yelp and read all of the negative reviews, we would never have worked with Plumbsmart. We had never dreamed that an AZ Licensed Contractor would require that we sign a damage waiver previous to work being performed, leaving us liable for the shoddy workmanship and damage which followed.

Plumbsmart advertise's that they are a discount Plumber, but nothing is further from the truth. They charges us $400/hour to perform a simple task.

Now they are spamming us with unwanted emails and texts.

I am editing my original review. This company deserves 5 stars. I had a large amount of plumbing installed on my house to include water softeners, RO system, tank less water heater, angle stops, and fixtures. Over the course of two years I have noticed hard water build up. I also noted media in my toilets.

They installed the units correctly. However the plumbing in my wall was out of wack because of incorrect piping that was done on the rebuild. PlumbSmart came out to my house and brought the manufacturer to make sure install was to standard. After ordering a replacement system from the vendor, they installed it within a week. They even went the extra mile to install a monitor to watch the pressures during the evening. They are helpful, on time, and they do thorough work. I will certainly use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Problem in your home call pump smart they charge more than a plumber so I don't know what all the big deal is

I woke up last night to a hot house, and my AC was blowing hot air. Called a few AC companies and could not get an appointment scheduled for today. Then I called plumbSmart and they scheduled me for an appointment that day, although it was from 3 p.m. to 5pm At 4:50 they called me and explained to me that the technician was running a little late. That was not a problem I just needed my AC fixed. The technician showed up about 45 minutes late. He came in the house and check the filter and check the thermostat and went out to the unit and opened it up and corrected the problem. The price was reasonable for the problem that I had. I would recommend this company and I will use PlumbSmart again.

My upstairs TRANE HVAC went out, and I wanted repairs. Units were over 20 years, tech suggested using expense money on a new unit and scheduling a sales rep. The rep was great going over the estimate, why, and how. Due to the expense, I got six estimates. They were the second cheapest, however, I picked them due to the great reviews/recommendations/BBB A+ rating. Rep informed me it would take 2 days for two units. Travis and Julian showed up on time Thursday, explained the process, prepared the site, and showed me pictures step by step. They were BOTH very professional, and respectful and took extreme pride in their work. Every day they cleaned up, then prepared the area and cleaned up both inside and outside. I was extremely impressed with Travis and Julian's work! I cannot express that enough.
